    well I sometimes do something like this and actually edged a lot myself with lot of hand clamping here and there but never experienced this base girth growth..also this kind of jelquing should increase more the upper shaft and head but your base grew bigger than the rest of the shaft...

      Rest day 2 70% wood in morning Edged for 5 minutes only.
      Rest day 3 90% wood in morning also had night wood, he is ready to to GO LOL.
      Plan on 1 hour edging with ulis, squeezes, and kegals for 2 consecutive days in a row and will measure hope to see a gain.

        New workout is going well have ROCK hard erections and girth is about to take off I will be looking for a new gain in the next week or so same signs as before.

          My base girth feels A LOT bigger than from when I started... however, I refuse to take measurements. I think my EQ is better as well. My thumb and index finger stretched out as far as possible is exactly 8 inches and my erections have been damn near that long.

            @livin life : dont remember if I already asked but my question is how many times a week do you use to masturbate during your PE journey? and did you ever masturbate on a ON day, before of after the PE session? I have the gut feeling masturbation kinda hinders my gains...sometimes the urge is so strong I can't resist to ejaculate ...

              Sex with wife 2 times a week, and after edging I did once or twice a week.
              sometimes on a ON day on accident went to the point of no return.
              reasons for extra masturbation after pe exercises you are ready to blow lots of build up and I did not want to have sex with wife and only last 5 minutes.

                  Now my present stats have been 7.3" X 5.950" MSEG 6.75 -6.8 Base girth which I actually lost some girth and made NO progress from over training i had been doing 5 days a week of Edging, Ulis, Horse squeezes, for the last 7 - 8 months and my size dropped not much but down to 5.875" no matter what could not get back to 5.950"

                  OVER TRAINING !!!!!!

                  Just went back to my 1 day on 3 days off a week ago and already at 5.938" and climbing threw some jelqs in the mix
                  which I have not done in about a year also.

                  I am going to post my results in here once a week until I get that DAMN 6.0" MSEG !!!!
                  Just told the wife be expecting a bit more girth on the way
                  Like to see another .400" in length also for my goal of 7.7 X 6.0"

                  Said it before and I will say it again more is not always better ( I am talking about over training !)

                    strange to hear you overtrained your unit! you were the guru of doing less to gain more... just joking my friend.. btw the fluctuations are totally normal and you shouldn't care about them.. only thing I want to say you is if you want to focus on your length goal be ready to expect a temporary girth loss that possibly will restore once you start your usual girth work again..

                        I like what I see here. I'm really considering taking a new approach that includes plenty of rest. I've been at this PE game a long time and have only gained .25" in girth (frustrated!). After this break of several weeks that I'm on, I'm going to start new. I have thread going on now in the main forum where I'm venting....

                          Now : 5.5 BP/4.5 NBP x 4.75ish MEG

                              I was over training, and actually lost some girth, i was 5.950" MSEG and went down to 5.8 - 5.850 most days and on my best day 5.875"

                              Well I took a break for 3-4 days started again going 1 day on 3 days off and went back to my 6.950" in 1 week,the following week after that wich is the 2nd week keeping on my 1 day on 3 days off.
                              I now measured 3 times today and all 3 times measured 6.0 I FINALLY have my 6.00" MSEG and a 6.8" Base girth.

                              I have been saying for a while now in many threads and my own threads talking about girth, that you need rest days to grow girth, girth work is intense and needs about 72 hours to recover !!!!!!!!!!!!!
                              I too got caught up in doing too much and lost, so I just went back to what I know and works, it is what got me here in the 1st place.

                                Last 2 weeks
                                Some jelqs at 75-95% with rubber band at base of penis
                                Edge with rubber band, I take it off every 10 minutes for about 10 minutes.
                                Ulis for 20 -30 second holds
                                Squeezes light medium hold until erection at 75% then increase squeeze to medium with slight bends
                                left and right.

                                All advance exercises and dangerous ! try to pay extra attention for the slightest discomfort.
