        Ya I find it hard to be consistent with the water pump too, something about just standing in the shower for that long doing nothing else, kinda kills me. I like my extender and clamping because I can do other things while I'm doing that, no wasted time.

          Yeah I actually don't stand in the shower when i use my penomet, I pump it up to the max then do my kegels, brush my teeth, shave my face and any other skin care crap I have to do.             Lol, you sound exactly like me, multi tasking and hating on wasted time. Yeah, I guess I actually have gotten out the last few times before the expired 20 minutes and did the teeth brush and shave thing.               Wow I was standing outside and realized something. When I read this it didn't hit me, then it just hit me. Are you serious? No tension springs? Well that's just plain dumb, that's no better than a good traction wrap. If that indeed is the case, that extender isn't worth the 2 pennies I would spend on it. GOTTA have tension springs, I don't see the point without them.

                I just double checked, I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post links but on page 8 you can find their treatment plan http://www.penisforlenger.no/images/...ng_engelsk.pdf. There's no mentioning of tension springs, only adding rods. Definitely not going to buy it.

                        Girth!! Girth!! So happy I broke the 5" mid-shaft girth mark after what happened last month. I guess this is really the first month I ever took girth work seriously, I clmaped the shit out of my tool for more hours than all the previous months combined. No length gain though, which is quite disappointing after spending almost 45 hours in the extender, but oh well. One more month in the extender this month, and if there is no length gain again I'll have to switch it up somehow, I want to be on the + side of 8", not sitting right at it.                                 A bit of disappointing news and a bit of good news this month. Gained a little more girth, doing the long hours of clamping is really paying off. I think it's dragging on my EQ though, so I am going to slow that down this month. As far as length, how disappointing that yet another month there is no gain, actually there might be about 1/16" of gain but for my length measurement my precision is to the nearest 1/8". 1/16 is too small to deal with and know if its correct or not. What to do? Manual length excercises surely cannot produce the torque on my unit that the extender can. Am I maxed out and stuck at 8"? I'm going to give it one more month in the extender to see what happens, then will re-asses my plan of attack (I said that last month too damn it).

                                * [Thursday] Just noting that I have switched to the regular strap pice on the extender (the single, not the double). I get a bit more slippage but I also get no more numbness towards the end of my extending period (usually 1 to 1.5 hours at a time).

                                * [Thursday] Sitting here pondering about no length gains in the last 2 months. I was pissed so I cranked up the tension tonight to 1.4kg and god damn wha ta difference. I have been going with ~ 1.1 kg the last few monmths because its comfortable. Comfortable? Really? I seriously think my tool has toughened up enough to just take the 1.1 and maybe not get any good tissue tearing? I don't know, but I'm going to try and go with higher tensions this month in hopes of kick starting some length gains again. If that doesn't work, I'm gonna need to figure something else out.

                                * [Thursday] Smiling about how I just haven ttaken notes lately, extending and PE has become part of my ritual and it's like second nature now, don't think about it much. I way too often find myself with my hands down my pants pulling on my tool for a light stretch, like seriously unconsciously doing it. Jeez.
