* [Tuesday] Measurement day. Just woke up after a late night new years eve, hosted a little get together here, and feeling mighty rough. I'm going to hold off on measuring until I get my stamina back 'cause right now I'm hurtin' lol. Happy New Years!! Good riddance to 2012, probably the saddest year ever in my life. First my best friend passing, then my b**** soon-to-be, then my brother and his b**** soon-to-be. 2012 sucked. At this point next year I hope to read this very statement in this log and think to myself "god I'm glad that's all over and past". Right now it still hurts. But I move on day by day, each one getting a fraction better. Goodbye 2012.
* [Wednesday] Measured today, no girth gains AGAIN. That is so frustrating after spending 10+ hours clamping in December. Ordered a bathmate today hopefully that can do something. Grrrrrrr.
* [Wednesday] Think Im going to stop measring max extender length, its getting annoying and pointless I might as well measue BPEL every day. So no more measuring BPXL, Im just going to stretch as it will and not worry about it.
* [Thursday] Was at the end of my extending today and I just couldnt held myself to measure BPXL. I guess I'm gonna keep doing it, started a new column in the main grid for it.
* [Thursday] So I read the article here on this site comparing extender fasteners, must be new I never saw it before when I was reading through all the guides and articles, maybe I missed it who knows. Anyhow, the author states that the noose is much more comfortable than the comfort straps. I wondered how he could have the exact opposite opinion that I had, as my previous experiences with the noose were not good ones. In fact the last time I tried it when I unstrapped I actually had to yell because of the pain on my head. The one thing he mentioned was to wrap the penis with something soft though underneath the noose. I decided to give this a try one more time. So I just used the pads for the comfort straps underneath the nooses (2 nooses, using the hybrid support system from X4). Wow, very comfortable, I was very suprised. Much less slippage too which meant I felt more stretch on the shaft and less on my head. Good stuff. Was a pain in the ass to put on with the pads underneath the noose straps, but I'll try this for a while and see how it goes.
* [Thursday] New max BPXL of 8 3/8" today. I read something to about how if you're stretched length is more than 1/2" longer than BP erect length then EQ will suffer. I measured BPFSL today too, and it was only 8". The extender seems to give quite a bit more pull than I can actually make with my hand without slipping. Going to watch these numbers going forward to see how they relate to EQ.
* [Friday] Kimmy. NOTE: about 5 minutes in I got low and went deep as I could, and I got the "Oooohhhh my god, you're so deep" response. It was such a turn-on I couldn't help myself, and it was all over at the 5 minute mark. Oops. Lol. Let's note here that PE is proving to become a life changing experience for me. Sex with my latest 4 partners has been the best sex ever. They have all responded about the size, over and over. And after 18 years of horrible sex with my beautiful soon-to-be-ex, I'm thrilled to know that I would surprise the shit out of her if I ever stuck it to her again. I hate the b****, but she's hot, has the nicest legs ever, and yes one day I will definitely stick it to her again, that's a promise

* [Saturday] First pumping/bathmate session complete! Went ok, I'm sure I'll get better at keeping the suction the more I use it. I had to take it on and off about 5 times through my 15 minutes tonight. Airbubbles getting in through the top too, maybe this is normal but maybe my pad isnt large enough to get good suction. Too early to call, I'll keep playing with this baby and we'll see what it can do for girth gains in January! * [Sunday] Pumping with the bathmate went much better tonight, reached about 175mm at max stretch, not that Im really keeping track of that though, I am after girth expansion here, not length. Still have air bubbles constantly streaming in from the top though, that cant be right. Tomorrow I will disassemble the top piece and attempt to clean it to see if that does anything.
* [Monday] Ordered a bib hanger today. Think I'm going to start hanging and "hang up" the extender for a while. It was good to me
but I'm ready to try something new.
* [Wednesday] Got the email that my bib hanger is being shipped on Friday, can't wait.
* [Thursday] Struggling with whether or not to hold off on hanging til the end of the month, after the next measurement day, to make it easier to tel if the hanging itself provides gains. So maybe I'll finish the month with the extender. Or I'll just do some light hanging over the next few weeks jsu to experiment so Ill be ready to go for February.
* [Thursday] Something thats been bothering me is the fact that last time I measured I noticed two spots on the pubic bone that could be used to measure. One is the high point of the bone, probably 1/4"-1/2" above the top of the shaft. The other is directly above the shaft, where the public bone dips down, one can easily pull off an extra 1/4" to 1/2" by measuring from this spot and not the high point of the pubic bone. I've been taking my measurements jammed down in, underneath the high point. The last measurement I took it from the high point too, and I only measured about 7 1/4 7 3/8 from there, not 7 3/4. I wonder, where do most people masure from? Is one correct over the other? I did a quick forum search but nothing popped out at me. I'm not gonna waste time trying to find it, I just wonder... As long as I measure from the same spot I knw whether or not its growing right?
* [Saturday] Put on the extender this morning, and got strapped in good, the top straft was a good 1/4" below the head of my tool. About an hour in, it was more intense than usual. I managed to keep strapped in for another 30 minutes but holy shit, talk about cant wait to take it off.Before I unstrapped, took a measurement, 8 9/16"!! Wow, new max BPXL after not seeing 8 1/2 for a few sessions. So again, I must say, this shit is just simply amazing how it just keeps stretching longer and longer. * [Monday] Got my bib hanger (starter) today. Wow, this thing is way bigger than I expected. Thought I got sent the wrong one at first, but upon further inspection it is indeed the starter. I really think I'm just gonna play with low weights this month just to get used to it, while continuing use of the extender. Once February comes, I will move away from the extender and just do the hanging at greater weights and number of sets. Started to mess with it already today, just did 1x 20m with 1lb., 1x 20m with ~ 2 lbs, and 1x 20m with the recommended starting 2.5lbs., went well I guess.
* [Monday] Just read that advanced girth work should not be done while hanging, that it is counter-productive. That sucks!! I'm not sure what I'm going to do about that yet.
* [Wednesday] Had my first "real" hanging session today where I used 2.5lbs for each of three 20 minute sets in BTC position. Daaaaaamn, that was some pull on the ligs, I never got that kind of pull on my ligs with the extender. Kind of makes me hope their might be a little more of the little guy inside there to pull out
. Going to continue with half and half extender use and light hanging this month. The hanging this month will be at light weights just to tweak things, I can already tell its going to be a few weeks before I get this right every time. For one, I am having the same issue a lot of others have with the shaft twisting to one side while hanging. Bib states its just a matter of putting it on correctly and straight, which might take a while to get the feel for. Using the extender though has tougened me up pretty good for this I can tell, I cant even feel the bib hanger clamping on to my shaft, its comfortable as hell.
* [Thursday] So I really checked into today the difference between measuring off the side of the pubic bone real low, vs. measuring from the top of the bone in the middle, sure enough, I can get an extra 1/8"-3/16" when measured low on the bone and to the side. I have went back and revised all my BPXL measurements to reflect this, since before now I had never tried to measure from the middle since its pretty uncomfortable while the extender is on. So while I "hit" 8 9/16" these last few days, really its only 8 7/16" measured from the correct spot. I am willing to bet I have been using this extra 3/16" on my erect measurements too every month. We will see on February 1. I just hope I am a solid 7 3/4 for my next measurement, I will be happy with that even though I (improperly) measured that this past measurement day. Oh well I know it's grpowing thats all that matters really.
* [Friday] Few notes about the hanging adventure this week. Switched to (2) 30 minute sets today, instead of (3) 20 minute sets. Was just too much time wasting for me breaking twice in only one hour. My extender use has conditioned me fine for this, so I was not worried about it. Much better with the 30 minute sets I felt. I'll stick with only one hour total time for now though, and will move up to 1 1/2 hour time next month. Also, the last set yesterday, and noth sets today, I was able to attach the hanger pretty straight so that it didnt twist my tool while hanging. Just as I suspected its just gonna take some time to get the feel for and by next month I'll be ready to go at it full time with this, and put the extender away, when I can. * [Sunday] Was away for the weekend, coming home tomorrow, managed to find a few private hours for extending and hanging, but that was pretty much it. I was so determined about getting time in this weekend I forgot I should have taken a rest day today. Oh well. Coming home tomorrow and things will get back to normal.
* [Thursday] Long week, got a new puppy Tuesday after being gone all weekend. Little guy is awesome, but haven't got much sleep lately. Still hasnt stopped me from getting my PE and exercise in though. And work. And kids. Seriously have probably slept about 10 hours total in the last 3 nights.
* [Thursday] Erections have a slightly different feeling lately, like I can feel it more towards the glans, as it does its curve up, mostly on the bottom I have this feeling. Ive been working it pretty hard lately, I'm going to take a 2 or 3 day break before next measurement day and see if that sensation goes away. Not that it feels bad, feels good almost, but still not my "norm".
* [Thursday] Ok seriously, on average Ive been eating between 2500 and 3000 calories a day for weeks and weeks. Gained a total of about 1.5 pounds. Unbelievable. I'm sitting here tonight, having consumed a record (for me) 3800+ calories today, and I'm freaking hungry again. My body burns it as fast as I can eat it. Very frustrating. * [Monday] Chugging along here. Took a rest day yesterday except for a late night bathmate pumping in the shower before bed. Wondering if there have been any gains this past month. Also wondering if I had botched previous measurements as I now know that taking the measurement off the sides of the pubic bone were giving me an extra 1/8"-3/16" on BPXL readings, I'm hoping I didnt cheat myself in past months by doing this. I cant even remember. All I remember is jamming it down hard to give the most precise measurement I could get. W. Actually, might wait 'til Monday to measure, we'll see how I feel at the end of the week. Excited to see though if I really really am 7 3/4", or maybe even more with any gains this month, or if I cheated myself in the past, and I'll be under 7 3/4" this month with a more accurate measurement.
* [Saturday] Getting excited about hitting my short term goal soon. Today was supposed to be a rest day and I just could not help myself I had to hang for a bit. Tomorrow I will force myself to take a rest day. Its hard to believe I will soon hit 8". Once I hit it, I will concentrate on girth for a month or two, gain my short term girth goal of 5 1/2", then go back to working on length. I will hit 9x6 by summer 2014 hopefully, then a little cementing after that, and I'm good to go. Also now consuming 3000+ calories a day, as my body seems to be adjusting a bit better to fit that much in, and have actually gained a few pounds in the last few weeks. * [Monday] This month I am determined to gain more than 1/8" in length as to pass up my short term length goal. Once I join the 8" club, I will spend a month or two on girth while cementing my new found 8" in length. Short term goal of 8x5.5 is near, I am excited as hell. Love this shit man, it's saving me some misery from dealing with my cold ass ex. I did all of this for her I think, but she hasn't noticed, so I move on, and its starting to feel normal finally.
* [Tuesday] Feeling motivated as hell today. 5 hours in the extender in 2 days, I'm going for 15 hours this week, and for each week after that, including the 1 hour of hanging on the ligs, I WILL hit 8" on March 1st
.
* [Thursday] Ok so the 15 hour goal for the extender was probably a little agressive for one week. No matter, I'm doubling up the time and we'll see if that makes a difference. I've been pretty steady in my excercise regime the last 3 months and each month I have made a 1/8" gain in length. I am hoping by doubling up on the extender, and hanging for an hour a day, will give me the +1/8" I need this month to hit 8". My goal this month is a 1/4" gain in length, let's see if I can do it.
* [Thursday] I added another 1/4" to the extension rods today. This things starting to look like some guy with a big dick wears this thing. For whatever weird reason though when I look at myself it still looks small, and I want bigger. * [Sunday] How hard it is to take a rest day!! I got a total rythm going and it was hard to keep myself from going at it again today. I did hang for 30 minutes really early in the morning, but that's it. Might pump when I shower tonight we'll see. Do I love this shit? Um hell ya.
* [Wednesday] Good week so far, I'm just freaking motivated as hell. Extending the hell out of my tool. Decided I'm not going to hang it up either. As long as I see gains, why hang it up for hanging? I'm starting to re-evaluate my goals too. 9" might be too much. Reading too much on how guys bigger than 8" can't really go balls deep anymore with most women. I think, I think, once I hit 8 1/2" I might just cement from there, and hopefully end up with a solid 8" years down the road. we'll see.
* [Saturday] Kicked ass this week. 17.5 hours in the extender! This will turn out to be a pretty good little experiment. In the previous 3 months I've gained 1/8" a month with ~ 35 hours of extender use (~ 40 kgh). Manual length exercises have remained pretty steady, but this month I have removed all girth exercises except for pumping occasionally (due to reading that Bib suggested that advanced girth exercises inhibit advanced length exercises, and I want to hit my length goal this month, so, ...). This month I will double the extender use, plus have hanged for an hour a day almost every day. Will I gain 1/4"? Max BPXL seems to suggest so, I was at 8 5/16" - 8 3/8" on my last measurement day, right now I'm maxing at 8 1/2", a 1/8-3/16" increase in only one half of a month. Hmmmmm.... * [Tuesday] Went back and read through my log tonight. How enjoyable. I love reading my old comments about hoping to reach 7" then hoping to reach 8", and I sit here right now hoping for 9" one day, while 8" is right around the corner.
* [Tuesday] Still kicking ass in the extender. I should roughly double my usual time this month at this rate. Will that double length increases? We shall see if extension usage over "usage time X weight" is proportionate, or if plain old "time" has more to do with it.

Thanks! I just use a johnson and johnson self adhesive gauze wrap, I wrap my tool in an extended state sometimes after I use my extender. Can't tell you for sure if it helps, there's an article on traction wrapping on PEGym here, and it sounds like a valid concept...Originally posted by Samurai View PostExcellent log but I can't find anything on the wrap you use. Hey man, your log is really motivating. And it really looks like PE and PEGym have been a good kind of therapy for you as you went through a big transition in your life. What could be better than improving yourself and your self-esteem after going through a divorce? Congrats on everything and thanks for keeping such a thorough and inspiring log!
