3 months have passed and i've finally completed the 90 day's beginners conditioning phase. During this time, I followed JP's routine and also included edging after many routine's. This was done on a 2 days on, 1 day off routine. Each month, i would increase the intensity of the routine so that my body was put under new amounts of stress and so that it didn't adapt to the work. For example, month 1 i would hold each stretch for 30secs x1. Month 2, 45 secs x1 and Month 3, 30secs x 2. This has worked very well for me and has resulted in a 0.25 inch gain in both NBPEL and BPEL (Most probably due to EQ but a gain is a gain).
The last few weeks, i've been reading up quite a bit on the articles and posts on this site and have decided that I am going to now focus a routine on stretching.

I don't know whether people really take note of these theories because after all, they are just that. However, they do seem to make sense to me so this i why i want to base my routine around stretching. Especially seeing as i fit both traits of someone who's tunica is their limiting factor.
If anyone has any questions, feel free to ask and could anyone recommend any stretching exercises that they found useful? I was thinking tunica tugs and A & V stretches.
Good Luck to everyone else.
