  • Davies' Progress Log

3 months have passed and i've finally completed the 90 day's beginners conditioning phase. During this time, I followed JP's routine and also included edging after many routine's. This was done on a 2 days on, 1 day off routine. Each month, i would increase the intensity of the routine so that my body was put under new amounts of stress and so that it didn't adapt to the work. For example, month 1 i would hold each stretch for 30secs x1. Month 2, 45 secs x1 and Month 3, 30secs x 2. This has worked very well for me and has resulted in a 0.25 inch gain in both NBPEL and BPEL (Most probably due to EQ but a gain is a gain).

The last few weeks, i've been reading up quite a bit on the articles and posts on this site and have decided that I am going to now focus a routine on stretching.

    https://www.pegym.com/forums/pe-theo...th-second.html

I don't know whether people really take note of these theories because after all, they are just that. However, they do seem to make sense to me so this i why i want to base my routine around stretching. Especially seeing as i fit both traits of someone who's tunica is their limiting factor.

If anyone has any questions, feel free to ask and could anyone recommend any stretching exercises that they found useful? I was thinking tunica tugs and A & V stretches.

    Good Luck to everyone else.

    Day 1 - Session 1

First session of my new routine based on the two threads linked above.

    - 10 minute warm up
    - 1 set of basic stretches, 30 secs each
    - 5 Tunica tugs, 10 secs each
    - 1, 30 sec v-stretch
    - 1, 20 sec internal stretch
    - 5 minutes standard OK Jelqing
    - 10 minute warm down

A good first session getting used to new exercises. Decided to start off with a light routine and i'm going to gradually increase the intensity, every two weeks for example. Going to start taking photo's for personal reference but will upload them if I see noticeable gains during the next 3-4 months.

Going for a 2 on 1 off schedule if I can and will include edging into my routine, but not in a scheduled manner. Basically, whenever I feel like it.

By applying the TGC theory, hopefully by the end of the year, i'll have something to report in the success forum

    Good Luck to fellow PE'ers

No workout for the past two days but I edged for around 30mins earlier for the first time in roughly a week. Huge flaccid hang all day never seen anything like it. Hopefully i'm on the right track.

          Day 6, Session 3.

          - 10 minute warm up
          - 1 set of basic stretches, 30 secs each
          - 5 Tunica tugs, 10 secs each
          - 1, 30 sec v-stretch
          - 1, 20 sec internal stretch
          - 5 minutes standard OK Jelqing
          - 15 mins edging (no blow)
          - 10 minute warm down

Bit disappointed with myself this week as i've only gotten in three sessions. However, i've noticed a fuller flaccid hang all week which is something that I did not experience during the initial three months. Is the due to the fact i've been doing a 1 on 1 off schedule or because of a shorter routine? Who knows? I'll have to see where the second week takes me.

            Day 7, Session 4.

            - 10 minute warm up
            - 1 set of basic stretches, 30 secs each
            - 5 Tunica tugs, 10 secs each
            - 1, 30 sec v-stretch
            - 1, 20 sec internal stretch
            - 5 minutes standard OK Jelqing
            - 10 minute warm down

Haven't had a fuller flaccid today like i've been experiencing last week. May have slightly overdone it last night by including edging at the end of the routine. Will see what it's like tomorrow.

Seeing your first post I would say that if you have not yet tried bundled stretches then give them a shot. I really like them. I also liked the A and the V stretch. Sounds like you are on a good path. I also would like to add that I think the TGC theory is an excellent way to go. Seems to have worked very well for me. i went to hanging because of it and have gained over 1/2 of an inch and this was after 3/4s of newb gains.
Best of luck with your routine. nice progress log!
Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

Thanks alot for the advice, BigO! I'll definitely add bundled stretches over the coming weeks to the routine, thanks for the suggestion. Very nice gains too! I hope I can achieve similar results from manual alone. Hanging is out of the question for me.

                    October 2nd.

Lazyness and illness have slowed down my routine as of late. Time to get going again.

                    - 10 minute warm up

                    - 1 set of basic stretches, 30 secs each
                    - 5 Tunica tugs, 10 secs each
                    - 1, 20 sec internal stretch
                    - 1 Clockwise, half turn, bundled stretch, 30secs
                    - 1 Anti-clockwise, half turn, bundled stretch, 30secs
                    - 50 side to side stretches.
                    - 5 minutes standard OK jelqs

                    - 10 minute warm down

Decided to drop the V stretch as I don't really feel anything from it and its very difficult to do with approx 6 inches of bpsfl.

                            Rest day today.

Going to increase the routine tomorrow and continue to do so every 7 days up until christmas time. Won't measure until then and hopefully i'll have gains to show for it.

October 9th. (Intensity increase on 16th October)

                              - 10 minute warm up

                              - 1 set of basic stretches, 30 secs each
                              - 5 Tunica tugs, 15 secs each
                              - 2 Clockwise, half turn, bundled stretch, 30secs
                              - 2 Anti-clockwise, half turn, bundled stretch, 30secs
                              - 75 side to side stretches
                              - 5 minutes standard jelqs.

                              - 10 minute warm down

A slight change to the routine this week. Removed the internal stretch, increased each tunica tug from 10 to 15 seconds, doubled the amount of bundled stretches and increased from 50 side to sides to 75.
