Did you notice those pops (ligaments) only happened once you reached a certain length or during a certain technique? I didn't like the sound of those. Hopefully I can avoid that.

        1.When you say you grab the head, do you really grab the head or just under the head? I'm just wondering if it's safe.

        2. When you pull, do you see any benefit to using the other hand to hold part of the ligament against your pelvis? I just think of Cris Strokes (porn sty) and I don't like what's going on on the top of his shaft. I don't want that to happen.

          The original one is still valid. I only started experimenting with other things when I didn't gain anymore.

          I grab just under the head, but as soon as I start pulling, the hand automatically shifts on the head itself.

          When I stretch, my ligament is so taut that it can hardly be depressed at the center, much less at the base.

          • I have been doing hanging for some time almost 4 months.

            Wanted to ask about ligament pop. The morning after my hanging set I randomly stretched my flaccid penis and heare this sound ''pop'' there was no pain or anything. Is that what ligament pop is?

            It was in my pubic area.

              Still I want to press you on a guestimate on the length when that woman took nearly all. LOL Was it over 8 inches do you think? Ha ha!

              Please take a look at Criss Strokes and see what I mean about what he did to the ligaments at the top. You don't think this is an issue with this stretching right?

              I've noticed you recommended pulling straight out. Is there any benefit to pulling down or up?
              I also noticed at one point you said you had gotten rid of the shocks. Did you add that back or is that still gone?

                        Not sure what my NBPEL is since it varies a lot I keep a track mostly of BPEL.

                          If it was loud and scary then it was a lig pop
                          Mine were like that anyway, and more like a sharp "crack" than a "pop", but I also often hear fainter snaps and crackles when stretching, that aren't as scary.

                          Can't be much more than 7". I have a good 3/8" difference between max erection and "default sex erection", so I was probably about 7.5" NBP there.

                          If you already have the issue it will probably get worse when some inner penis comes out, otherwise it's nothing to be afraid of.
                          I know my lig is more noticeable than it used to be, and its pulling on the fat pad is likely another reason, beside weight gain, why I stopped gaining NBPEL at some point, even though I was still gaining BPEL. Visually it's only a small difference though.

                          It's just what I did, I don't expressly recommend it. I believe it's good because it stretches the whole thing evenly, but what do I know

                          I still do them at the beginning of my 2-3 first daily sessions.

                          I definitely don't want any girth gains. I have too much already for some things, and I wanted to add length more to balance the looks than to actually be bigger. It's hard to look your size when you have big girth and huge balls.

                            I do feel if I pull straight out without using the other hand to hold the fat pad down that it does seem to pull at the fat pad. So maybe the trick is holding the fat pad down.

                            Ha ha...good answers on 7 -7.5 inches on max someone could take. My guess is that they vary from 5.5-8 but I can't verify this top number. LOL Only masters like you can verify. LOL

                            You bring up another good point about inner penis. How much of your gains would you attribute to inner penis coming out vs actual lengthening of the part that's already out?
