Anyway I've now completely given up on organized PE and I only do a few random little things here and there, out of habit and to ensure my unit stays nice and relaxed.
Priority is on fixing the EQ troubles I've developed since I got back to my normal pre-PE sensitivity. Basically I must condition myself to ride a bit closer to the PONR by default, so things stay interesting and I don't lose my erection. Right now, doing this feels "dangerous" even though I know I have more room between that point and the PONR thanks to the lower sensitivity. Hi Stan. Just wanted to say that you are an inspiration to me and I'm sure, to other PE'ers. I've discovered PE in the '90s by way of Taoist Yoga but didn't really get organised until 2012. Still at it now with a non-jelq routine focused on stretching and clamping. So, your thread is always the 'go to place' when I need a kick of inspiration.

I decided to do a few "real" stretching sessions again, to gain back a little sensitivity and help make the transition. Also when doing my erect work I always used to spend a few minutes at my "safe" erection level (now too safe) before I'd get to max erection and edging, just to make sure I didn't develop pre-e issues, but now I skip that part and go straight to higher levels, where control is not so good when I'm by myself but perfectly fine with the gf. , and right now I still lose some stiffness whenever I inadvertently switch back to my old habits, but things are a whole lot better already

I got all my EL gains that way. So you gained by doing JUST straight out stretches? That seems like not much. Also, another question, do you sometimes experience decreased flaccid size (like its not as plump)? It happens to me sometimes and I never like it because I feel like its hindering my gains but then it goes back to normal after a day or two, usually.
