    Thanks for the quick reply. I'm curious though, does that mean that your penis outgrows the skin around it since you're not stretching the skin? Will the foreskin be at the same old size and not able to cover the new length?

      Yes, I have less foreskin coverage than before but it's not an issue, and even then I'm pretty sure it would be an easy fix.

      • I see, it makes me concider to do some stretches with the foreskin covering the glans, along with the normal foreskin pulled back-stretches, to make it even out.

              I start with ring finger & pinky, tips against the palm, squeeze a little so no blood can escape, then add the other fingers, ending with the thumb, to force blood into the head.

              It only works at a very low erection level, and I only hold the clamp for a few seconds, so I'm not sure it does anything at all, but it feels right

              No, this isn't even two minutes worth of exercising, nothing compared to what I used to do when I was actively trying to gain.

              Anyway I've now completely given up on organized PE and I only do a few random little things here and there, out of habit and to ensure my unit stays nice and relaxed.

              Priority is on fixing the EQ troubles I've developed since I got back to my normal pre-PE sensitivity. Basically I must condition myself to ride a bit closer to the PONR by default, so things stay interesting and I don't lose my erection. Right now, doing this feels "dangerous" even though I know I have more room between that point and the PONR thanks to the lower sensitivity. It's a tough habit to break...

              • Hi Stan. Just wanted to say that you are an inspiration to me and I'm sure, to other PE'ers. I've discovered PE in the '90s by way of Taoist Yoga but didn't really get organised until 2012. Still at it now with a non-jelq routine focused on stretching and clamping. So, your thread is always the 'go to place' when I need a kick of inspiration.

                    Yes, stretching for the stretched flaccid length gains, then a lot of time at max erection for the erect gains.

                    • Mate, that is trully impressive First time saw your thread Im struggling to get lenght, do you have any advice? Im doing mainly girth exercises, and im willing to stop them for lenght

                          I decided to do a few "real" stretching sessions again, to gain back a little sensitivity and help make the transition. Also when doing my erect work I always used to spend a few minutes at my "safe" erection level (now too safe) before I'd get to max erection and edging, just to make sure I didn't develop pre-e issues, but now I skip that part and go straight to higher levels, where control is not so good when I'm by myself but perfectly fine with the gf. So the actual re-conditioning has to be done "live", and right now I still lose some stiffness whenever I inadvertently switch back to my old habits, but things are a whole lot better already

                            Ive been doing this same approach for few weeks and Ive gained! What types of stretches have you been doing besides the straight out?

                              I got all my EL gains that way. When the gains eventually stopped I tried downward stretches for a while and got another bit of BPFSL but BPEL never caught up, I just ended up with a lower erection angle.

                                So you gained by doing JUST straight out stretches? That seems like not much. What was the duration of each stretch and how long have been your sessions throughout the day?

                                Also, another question, do you sometimes experience decreased flaccid size (like its not as plump)? It happens to me sometimes and I never like it because I feel like its hindering my gains but then it goes back to normal after a day or two, usually.
