          PIs - 7am did not wake up with an erection & turtled today. By 3pm my turtle is gone and my hang is ok. Hang is good and thickness is crazy.

                  I did a week of clamping and after this I can tell a huge difference in flaccid hang. Multiple members are advising me to stay away from clamping and stick to only a length routine. I've been jelqing between sets and not listing it because I think of it as a utility workout.

                  I will clamp at the end of each month for final week and this will be in addition to my hanging unless the increased jelqing does wonders.

                  At this point I will add jelq to the start of my workout and because of time constraints I will have to remove my manual stretches (I don't think they did much anyway).
                  I am adding more jelqing because BigO says so.
                  Today's workout
                  Day

                  Manual stretches 2x @ 20 sec in all directions
                  Hung 1x @ 5lbs for 20 min
                  Jelq @ 5min
                  Hung 1x @ 5lbs for 20 min
                  Jelq @ 5min
                  Hung 1x @ 5lbs for 20 min
                  Jelq @ 15min

                          Erect:
                          BPEL: 7 1/8 <same> looks like it has increased but not be enough to measure
                          BPFSL: 7 1/2 <same>
                          MEG: 5 9/16 <+ 1/16> added the 16th measurement because it counts
                          BEG: 5 7/8 <+ 3/8>

                          Flaccid:
                          BPFL: 5 <same>
                          MFG: 5 1/8 <+ 3/8>
                          BFG: 5 1/4 <+ 1/2>

                          Either the clamping the jelqing has increased my girth.
