Seems like you have mostly hung with 10 lbs and below and still have gained that much, so that is good enough for me!

Yeah, the good thing is that other techniques are always available when you need them! I myself won't be trying any fulcrums for a while, just gonna hang BTC for a few months. It feels good knowing that even when I move up in weight BTC, I still have the option of going to a fulcrum and using much less weight to achieve the same stretch, or doing stuff like OTS/UTL. I really want to buy a TDP Infrared lamp and use it while hanging. I think this would be the ideal setup. Use the lamp for the first 10 minutes of each set, let it cool for the rest.
I just want to postpone increases in force as much as possible so I can milk every little gain out of my unit.

I will not do a fulcrum until I plateau for a couple of months while riding fatigue. I was not getting near my BPFSL for a month, so I did another hang shock type move. btw~~this is completely stupid, but it has worked magic in the recent past.
