      Today I bought a 1/2 pound weight and a 1 pound weight. I am noticing a huge difference when stepping down my weight. I will be nice not having to jump in 2 1/2 pound increments. Also, no ball stretching because I have a zit on my sack where I've been stretching. Not exactly the response that i wanted to confirm that something is changing, but what can you do? That right nut is still hanging further.

      This is probably the most intense hang that I have ever done!

          Ball stretching this morning for about 2 minutes in the shower.

          No manual tugs were done because i did not need to do them.
          No ball stretching because i do not need to do them today-i am only doing a quick stretch between sets to keep them down.

          Hang 7.5lbs @ 20 minutes
          Jelq 5 minutes -> increased jelq time because no ball stretching is being done today

                  Ball Stretching for a minute or so during bath and this produced a great hang.

                  I am not too worried about not hanging today because when I did some tugs earlier I did not need to apply much force to feel it in my ligament.

                    Pi's~ Great hang today |woke up with an erection with EQ of probably 8.5

                    Just did a BPFSL and pulled an easy 7 3/4 without prior stretching. After a bit of stretching (not much) I was able to pull 7 13/16.

                    2 pills tonight
                    Clamped 3 times @ 10 minutes

                    I have an obvious smooth muscle issue both length and girth. I did some Manual Stretches for maybe a minutes and my BPFSL was 7 15/16, which is great, but my BPEL EQ is not very good even after a couple days off. I will add one clamping session to my workout when I am done and lightly jelq afterwards to minimize edema. My starting stretches will be updated as well. Instead of pulling in every direction I will now work on one long pull using starting at 12 o'clock and work towards 6 o'clock. Because of the clamping at the end of sessions I will probably stop jelqing between sets since that was my girth based exercise.

                                Added Fowfers to my daily activity and probably did an hour or so today. BIG update today: I am adding BTC hanging after reaching fatigue with SD!

                                For the math people here are some numbers. I will try to hang 5 sessions per day and clamp for 20 minutes. A six day percentage would be 17% girth work. Here is my math. Hanging time (5 * 20 * 6). Girth time (1 * 20 * 6). I divided girth time by the total of Hang time and girth time to figure this percentage. For this example, 2 divided by 12 equals 16.67 percent.
