      PI's~ woke up erect and throbbing | great hang
      February is turning out to be one hell of a month! Great girth gains and I am seriously feeling my hanging workouts. I have increased my jelqing and there is a complete difference. In this short amount of time, my EQ has improved from a seven or eight to a consistent eight or nine. When EQ starts to drop, increase jelqing and if that does not work drop intensity of workouts!

      I have noticed that when I jelq for 30 minutes after a session I will get bad PIs the next day. So, I have decided that I will do 20 minutes. At 15 minutes, I did not have bad PIs so I believe 20 should be a nice push. I am not sure what jelqing does between sets, but I believe that my hangs are more productive. My goal is to jelq for 45 minutes each day. This sounds like a lot and it is, but I've been pumping off and on for over 10 years. If I hang for six sets and jelq for five minutes between them that is 25 minutes of jelqing. After the last set I will jelq for 20 minutes and that will get me my 45 minutes. If I am not able to hang for that many sets I will just stop and jelq for 20 minutes and end at that.

      On a non related note, last night my wife asked me if I used my pump yesterday after sex. As far as workouts go...Obviously I am doing something correct to get a comment like that! Stuff like that always makes a man feel good and motivated.

            Pis-did not wake erect, but when I thought about it it got hard (doesn't count). Hang was questionable when I woke up, but at noonish everything seems much better. Tonight I noticed that my flaccid is getting larger as the day continues! It is comparable to Sunday's hang (4 days ago)!

            Still feel my ligaments from all the hanging.

            Today is a rest day!

              PIs~had obvious erections during the night and when I woke up~~~they woke me up in the middle of the night~~~ My erection looked and felt huge today-It was visibly longer and fatter to me! I believe that I've lost some fat pad | My hang is good

                PI's~had obvious erections during the night & woke erect. My so-so hang today probably because i had sex twice this morning. After the first round about five minutes later I had round two. My wife said that she was surprised that I was ready again so fast. I experienced three newer things today. 1) Was able to cum in the morning (before PE I could not cum). 2) My wait time is silly short now compared to what it was. 3) I was able to cum on my second round. I must confess that today was like a dream come true with being able to cum twice before getting out of bed!

                I did an unofficial measurement because I took three days off and these are compared to 2/6/13.

                  PI's~Great hang

                  Maybe I am to process/procedure oriented because I am finding that the BPFSL is vital to my workout routine!

                  ***The reason that I do manual tugs is because I have a regular bib hanger and it is much larger than what I was using. For the first hang to be really good I have to be at or near my BPFSL or I have to stop and reapply at least once.

                  ***I added the ball stretching because last week I noticed that during some hangs it felt as though my right testicle was being sucked in. Yes, this is a problem that I blame myself for because since the last week in September of 2012 I have grown at least an 1 1/2. I guess this is that separates the men from the boys! I have to start adding something that I really do not want to do to continue on my PE quest!

                  ~~~I stood up and grabbed above my testicles and pulled down as far as they could go. Next I grabbed my penis behind the glans and circled my penis towards the 12 o'clock position. I could only get to maybe 10 o'clock! My goal is 12 o'clock! I may have found another use of the Lot Theory Clock! It seems logical that I will be good when I can reach 12 o'clock position and my penis can stretch to my max BPFSL.~~~

                      Looking good Growing, keep on doing what your doing and things will be bigger in Nebraska. I used to play hockey in aksarban arena, fun times. Also watched the Lancers a few times back in the day.

                        While in the shower did some ball stretching-do not know for how long but it was uncomfortable. Did another round of ball stretching while I was getting dressed. I can already tell that this will be a process.

                        1) I was able to start my jelq further down (always a good thing).

                            I realized that I did not keep track of weekly hang time and I will count hours hung before PIs make me stop. I went back to January 18 because that is when I received my Bib.

                                Pis~Woke up erect with 8 EQ / Great hang

                                Soaked in the tub today to warm up and did some ball stretching. It sucked~plenty of burn on that right testicle. My hang was still not good enough after three minutes of pulling and soaking in a hot tub for 45 minutes. This is how I will gauge my testicle hang progress.

                                Anyhow, after this my large, fat flaccid went to a "normal" state, which is still good.

                                No hanging today!
