I am sure that in the past I've been saying that I've been feeling fatigue, but I believe that I've been crying like a bitch. It is time that I man up my routine and hang with the weights that I should be. Seven months into hanging and I was still at 10 pounds when I should easily be much higher. So that is 28 weeks of hanging. Lets say the first 4 were at 2.5, which i believe they were, that leaves 24 weeks of potential increases. 2.5 + 24 is 26.5 potential pound max if I added one pound a week. 12.5 does not sound like much now-it is less than half.
I did my heavy shock hang set yesterday to jump start my ligaments and now will continue at 12.5 pounds. The first shock set clearly stretched skin and I did not do anything different then normal, but the second was all ligament.
I am feeling good with my plan and will continue to hang progressively, clamp to keep my EQ high, and work on my foreskin restoration (manual tugging and using the TLC Tugger).Last edited by DaddyDick; 05-17-2013, 12:12 PM.PE is a lot like sex. This log has been one of the most inspiring ive seen. Congrats on all your gains, I admire your dedication.
I have no time with work to wear my extender 8-10hours a day anymore. Now im thinking I should invest in a bib. My girth is low though, what hanger is good for smaller girths?June 27 2012-

Not doing too much today because an airbag went off during my car ride today with my wife. Opened the mortgage today and the insurance jumped the bill up $100 per month. Two days ago my job screws me over. I hate when life does this
to me.

Did some light pumping today to get back in my routine. I thought that I would wait until August to switch over, but I am just too tired of hanging. I have attached my pump that I purchased a long time ago. I have an automatic one but I will not do that until I have a HG gauge for it and a way to adjustment the pressure. I will go to Harbor Freight and my a brake bleeder pump for $25 on pay day to officially begin a routine.
Big note here: I use to be able to pump the ball until I could not pump it anymore and stay like that for some time. Today I only got about two or three pumps in before I was ready to tap out. The last time I used it was back in September and that was not consistent. I am sure that I've lost all conditioning for it. Maybe that is a good thing.
