1) Hanging (11/19/2012) stats: 186 days in program and only 122 hanging days.

Hi everyone! This is obviously my log about my growing my log. I am not new to PE. I started about 13 years ago when I started with penis pumping and cock rings. Eventually I used cock rings while pumping and have good results with my average girth that ranges between 5.5 and 5.75 depending on EQ. As expected over the years length came as well-when I met my wife I was about six inches long. Life was great until about five years ago when I was diagnosed bi-polar and was put on Wellbutrin, Depakote, and Klonopin. Gradually my EQ suffered and I lost size over the past five years.
Anyhow, about one year ago I decided that something had to be done so I spoke to my doctor about getting off those drugs. For about four months my doctor monitored me, she did not want me to stop my medicine, while I slowly cut my doses down to nothing. I WOULD NOT HAVE DONE THIS WITHOUT THE SUPPORT OF MY DOCTOR!
My EQ did not bounce back and I sought methods for improvement. I started doing some jelqing in June 2011 and had limited results (this was not JP's routine). I later tried NaturallyHuge, September 24, 2012, and my EQ went crazy! I know most people say that it is a scam, but for me it worked and I'm not switching until someone shows me something that is as good or better for the same price or less! My EQ went from what I consider a four or five to a nine or ten.
Sometimes things just line up great! Early November I decided to start researching hanging and on November 19, 2012, I started. Currently, I am using a "home crafted" device and it is working ok. I am sure that I will buy a MaleHanger because it is so much cheaper than a Bib and has to be better than what I have now. I must be doing it correctly because I have felt the bad burning and itching feeling of my skin stretching! Skin stretching sucks. I told myself that I would not measure until January or February.
On the topic of skin stretching, when I started my adult PE journey I began with a CI-1 or CI-2 and now I am at the cusp of a CI-4. I read somewhere that getting to a CI-4 is the hard part and the gains are much easier after that. Ultimately, I would like to have full flaccid coverage and this is going to be a CI-7.
Update:
I do not recommend NaturallyHuge and I bought it because I did not know what I was doing. The supplements L-Arginine and L-Citruline are cheaper and probably the only thing that did anything with those pills.
I did not buy the malehanger and went with the regular BiB hanger. I do not regret my purchase and love my BiB hanger. Most people buy the starter model but I like regular one.
I have backed off the FR and will only focus on my length for now. If I had to start over again I would focus on ball stretching since they started to creep up my shaft.
