    No problem Samurai, I like getting input from others on my thread.

    No I am not circumsized, hanging was ok with an uncut one, but the main problem I found was that I got a bit of skin stretching from using the hanger. To stop this I just needed to increase the amount I was tightening the hanger on my little man. I found this helped. Other then that I put on about 0.25" in 2 months from hanging really light, about 2 kgs.

    Started clamping yesterday now and found it nice, got huge vein definition and my girth pretty much exploded, so I hope that will help me get to my goal of 6" in girth.

      Thanks alan. I ordered a malehanger lastnight so I'm going to give the hanging a try. Best of luck with the 6" girth goals. You seem like an easy gainer so I think you will reach your goals. I will be following your thread to find out

        Very good hang afterwards, it is taking a bit of time but I am getting the hang of clamping. It seems pretty good to me

            Well I use a BM which is pretty much a warm up, but as regards stretching and all that I leave out, because my length is loads at the moment I am already having problems with hitting the cervix and all that

              Rest day today, hopefully going to stick with a 2 on 1 off, my flaccid hang has definately improved since clamping, and I am looking more girthy

                        going to take another rest day again today as I am pretty tired and a bit sick of PE at the moment, plus I really need a full recover before I head back PEing again for another while. Might measure at the end of January too, not sure will I see much gains as of yet but its still 2 weeks away so who knows

                                15mins BM @ 190mm with BM stretches
                                2 x 10mins Clamping

                                I actually liked this session. What do people think of it in comparison to my other routine
