    So I am really short of time at the moment so I wont be around the gym for the next few weeks, I will be back as soon as possible. But I am going to cut back on workouts for a bit but will keep 15 mins of pumping going each night to hopefully hold onto my gains.
    Does anyone think 15mins of BM will keep me at the current size I am or will it reduce in size again

      So I am planning at going back into PE today after almost 3 weeks off, I don't assume I have lost much or need too much reconditioning so I will go back more or less where I left off, albeit I will ease myself into it as much as I can. I will keep you all posted on tonights session

                  So I dont know what the exact date was that I last measured I reckon it was about 2 months ago, so I have set a date of the end of March for my next measurement. I expect I may have lost a small about because I did take the last 3 weeks off about. We will see when the time comes around
