Hey bud, have you yet witness any solid gain? I got me the BM about a month ago and so far I am loving it. A little stuggle at the beginning but once I figured it out it works like a champ.
My routine so far is pretty simple as well. I workout only in the bathtub or shower.
So I do sort of a stretched warm up, then I do real stretches in all directions with circle stretches as well. Afterwards I do 5 UJ's which are intense, as intense as supra slammers. Finally 20m of BM and a little warm down.
I think Its working, I need to take careful measures sometime soon.
What I dont wanna do is confuse State with Gains.
Oh nope. I dont even know what those are. Anyways, I just added the UJs and I dont wanna take too long in the bathroom so I try to keep it as short as possible. Im focusing on technique and rep. quality right now. I tried quantity before but didnt work.

I havent measured much lately to check if I have gained or not but I did put on a bit over the last 6 months prior to starting the log.
About 0.25" in girth, and about 0.5" in length which I lost previously.
Sounds like you got a solid routine going there, I am mainly focused on girth at the moment and I dont really mind if I lose much length even, I would love to get to 6" if this is possible though.
Ulis, and clamping seem to be working good though so I will keep you posted

Took another rest day, been pretty tied up with other stuff the last few days, not that 3 days will do any harm, I think I needed a lil break anyway.
