    You CLAMP frequently...I have read not to do this...eod max...how is it going for you?

      How often do you suggest doing it? I really dont do it that often in my opinion. I find it really tough to add girth anything though I am not sure will I ever get to 8 x 6. I dont feel too fatigued from clamping to be honest

              Also I got a new Kegel Bootcamp app which I started. There are 8 levels so I will start now and increase 1 level per week and review then

                  Thanks for the tip colt, I just realised what you meant by EOD, my bad haha!
                  I do try and average it out as 3 or 4 times a week though so I dont think I am overdoing it too much

                        • Yeah I do hang well after it to be honest I am not expecting much gains on the 31st as I did miss about 3 weeks, if I am still around the same size I would be happy. I might start adding back in jelqing

                              Also have another question, how are you able to do ulis, and girth work that requires 100% erection without any porn?

                              • Yeah I started PE'ing about 3 years ago now I guess well before I started a log. All my gains really were down to doing stretches and jelqing basically a slightly modified JP90s program. I started when I was 18 doing this so to be honest I think it was a mix of natural gains and gains from PE.

                                I do some reading of stories online to try and keep a 100% erection. I seem to have good control doing this and never have a huge problem keep fully erect.
