I might measure in another month or so to see how I am progressing. Ulis and clamping in a session really give you that pumped up feeling though. Are you doing it yourself?

Going good now up to level 3, hard to say about progress I will wait another few weeks to see if I have more control. I will keep you posted here though.
Apart from that my PC muscle does feel stronger and I find it easier to isolate the muscle.

No I'm not using it yet, but I will probably try it at some point as it seems widely regarded as one of the most efficient way to gain girth.
I have tried Horse squeezes and slow squash jelqs and they very intense as well.
Now I have decided to lower the intensity of my sessions, at least until I get my EQ back.
I certainly hope you'll get the results !

Will do popol I would measure this weekend but I will be heading out drinking 2 nights in a row so my EQ will be shot. I might wait another while and see how that goes. Hopefully I will someday get the 6" girth
