      Thanks! I haven't posted my routine anywhere. It's one of Big Al's routines on his pay site... not sure what I can say and get away with... If I can get his OK, I will post it here.

            Since my orientation doesn't require having sex with women, being "too big" is less of an issue... if ya catch my drift.

            But my inspiration to PE is a more personal issue than just sex. I saw a documentary awhile back where they interviewed a guy (with an enormous cock) who did PE for several years. I think his words were "I could walk into a room with 100 guys and be confident I was the biggest one there" -- that really stuck in my mind, and motivated me to start PEing.

                      Okay here's my current routine...

                      Girth day:

                      10 minute warmup -- With a VERY warm heating pad.

                      50 semi-erect squeezes -- 50% erect, each rep lasts 5 seconds. One hand gripping at the base, as close to my pubic bone as possible, and the other right below the glans. Once I'm 50% erect, I kegel as much blood into my penis as possible, without becoming "erect". This engorged state of semi-erectness is hard to explain, but I hope I'm making sense

                      20 minutes edging -- I try to stay as hard as possible for this, like ballooning. No orgasm though.

                      Whey Protein immediately after exercise, then a hot shower warmdown...

                      Length day:

                      10 minute warmup -- Same as before, only more emphasis on the ligs.

                      500 side-to-side stretches -- I stretch my flaccid penis down-and-left, then down-and-right. This is 1 rep, lasts only 1-2 seconds. I do these in sets of 50, shaking the blood circulation back in (or rewarming with the hot pad for a minute). Stretch lightly.

                      Whey Protein immediately after exercise, then a hot shower warmdown...

                      APPROX. 6 DAYS ON, 1 DAY OFF

                      The most important thing to do when I'm not exercising (IMO) is warming up with the hot pad. At least a couple times a day... sometimes several, if I have the time/privacy. I've got a very plump flaccid hang all day, which is good of course!

                      JAI stretches and kegels help a lot too.

                        nice workout you got there Sacc!
                        I do the same squeezes also everytime I workout but I only do like 6 of them I noticed that I get some negatives PI's when I do them a lot (maybe I should be less intense about it and not squeeze the shit outta my friend) so I can do more of them overall

                        definitely an awesome log and very quick gains indeed... will be checking it soon for updates keep up the good work!

                          Hey 7"steve, could you elaborate as to what you heard about womens' vaginal depth and 7 inches? I wonder because at my hardest I measured just a little over 7 inches, but I am a good 6.7-6.8 when I am just regularly hard. I say/ask all of this because I have a girl that I am with on occasion and man, in just my regular to even smaller erections, its banging the back of her, and it actually hurts ME to really go to town on her. So I wanna know about what this info you have says about the VARIATION of girls vaginal depth, por favor (please).

                            How did you start with the ligs? Did you start low, then build up to 500 reps? My start was 300, to see how my unit responded.
                            At this point, I am feeling much more stretch over all than my regular routine. My start in Sept 09 was 5.5" ,now 6.2". With this new program,I'll measure in a month and see how far I've got. My goal is 8"or 9". You're a great roll model for us here in PE land.

                                I went from 250 stretches to 550 in about 2 months. I'm advised to do up to 1000, when the time comes... (that's a lot of tugging! )
