My dry pump is a Vacu Tech-mityvac with gauge and release trigger

1) Elliptical cylinder from Vacu Tech
2) Parallel thick wall from -Thick wall cylinders uk

My silicone sleeve broke last night on my ADS. Anyone know where i can get a tidy quality sleeve from. The two I bought from ebay were far too elastic and thin?

Dusted down the JES Titanium extender today, cos my ADS silicone sleeve broke. Had to put in an extra 1/2 spacer bar today cos I was maxing out on the adjusters. Looks like I'm making some gains in BPSL. I'm not a big fan of this type of extender and its going to be a challenge to get six hours in today!

So what do you use for ADS , I'm just curious?

Its a home made Vacuum ADS similar to autoextender VacAdds

Parts

1.) I use a small dog collar to use as an anchor clipped around my leg below my knee.
2.) I use a set om mini clips and some elastic rubber tubing as the spring load
3.) I use a silicone sleeve to make the seal
4.) I machined a vacuum cap similar to an autoextender.

Hey wolf what have your gains been in the 2 years since you started?

Got just under an 1nch gain in BPEL but had to stop for around 18months due to a hernia. But I'm back and will soon regain those losses.

I've added vacuum ADS to my routine, early days but it's looking positive.
