Fatigue...?I think I have experienced the fatigue from hanging that has eluded me to date. Its hard to describe but it feels internal and possibly where the ligs attach to the penis.

Straight into fatigue again tonight, held for both sessions. Started to increase towards the end of the second set.
Had on small blister appear right at the eye. LG set to 15hg. Any lower pressure and the heads pulls away from the inside face. Still working out the best fit and pressures etc. No pumping tonight

Some fatigue but not that intense. Gland looks like and feels like a walnut. Slight discomfort around the eye and two blisters. Gland looks like a frog

Some fatigue but not that intense due to lack of weight. Using while blister heals

Drink Green Tea its great for the 'old boy'

                              • Wolfemother,

I would advise you abandon using the cotton wool ball as it will greatly reduce the friction achieved by your gland in the dome, and therefore will greatly contribute toward the risk of blistering.

If I understand the friction-vacuum premise correctly, then a thin, breathable adhesive like 3M Micropore tape is up there with the best methods to protect the gland and minimize any pull-back of the gland from the top of the dome. It assumes the role of a second skin, so to speak.

Additionally, I advise an up-and-over taping method rather than spiraling because it allows for a little downward linear movement of the delicate skin just below the gland while in the dome without effecting its overall performance to stay firmly stuck and protect the gland and maintain friction.

I can only discuss wrapping with tape as I have no other experience with alternative wraps. The following is why I advise an up-and-over taping method.

Spiraling a wrap is illogical. While under tension the penis is extending downwards straight and true.
Consider the unique exterior deformation of the extended penis under tension inside the dome and sleeve; the gland expands, lymph fluids are drawn outward, visible edema, creasing of the delicate skin just below the gland. tautening of the skin inside the sleeve, etc. Its a hodgepodge of changes just waiting for an excuse to fire up a blister.

Now, whether using Micropore tape, or Nexcare tape, or whatever other tape on the market, a spiraled wrap's integrity and strength allows for almost zero movement of a force extending downward. Any skin which threatens to edge up against the gland's rim will likely bunch up unevenly and cause discomfort and disturb the performance of the overall wrap. The tape ceases to be a second skin to protect the gland and becomes an obstacle.
For the most part, up-and-over taping ensures that skin movement and bunching inside the dome is even and won't effect the wraps performance since it is moving with the tape, not against it.

I hope that is clear and folks can create a mental snapshot of what I am trying to explain. Its hardly a breakthrough in biologistics, yet I think it makes sense.
