Thursday night:
Did a short shower routine(unusual for me)
Fowfer for 10-15 minutes
Short shower warm up
(2) sets of 5 way stretches 10 seconds each, with 5 circle stretches and helicopters in between.
(2) sets 15 jelqs (suck without lube)
Short shower warm down
No bathmate(didn't have time)


Friday:
Current routine
Good PI's and EQ
BPFSL- 7 3/8"
Bathmate tonight(I hope )

Better with at little than nothing

How long are your bathmate sessions?

No more than 10 minutes now Pirate. I started off doing (2) 10 minutes sets with jelqing in between, but it hard to have the time for it. I also tried one of those 15-20 minute sessions, and I won't make that mistake again!(red dot city).

If I keep it to 10 minutes or less, I can do it in the shower instead of the tub. I've found that if I keep the shower water running on the pump, I don't lose suction. The minute I turn the water off I start seeing air bubbles forming, I need to trim the hedge some too, that would help

I love the after effect, but I can't say I've gained from it. If I could do it again, I probably would buy the vacutech instead. I'm not knocking the bathmate, but being limited to pumping in the bathroom sucks.
