  • Had some time off again due to circumstances so I consider it a short decon break. After my workout and during my edging session I measured to check......looks like I've had a gain! Over the last couple months I've been measuring about an 1/8" gain, but I haven't claimed it until I was sure.
    MY measurement today was 7 1/2" BPEL!! Thats a 1/4" more than my official profile stat! woo whoo!!! There again, I'm not going to change my profile stats until I measure again, if its still at 7 1/2 then I'll make it official..Right now I'm happy.....OK I'm tickled to fucking death!

    Tuesday
    Current routine(light intensity due to the break)
    Good PI's
    Good EQ
    Edging 30 minutes with restraint
    No cledging lately

            15 minutes of Bathmate last night. When I came out of the shower, I had a frisky someone unexpectedly waiting.....Of course I posed a little before taking care of business

              Decided to grab the Bathmate on my way into the shower, I didn't warmup enough before and got some red dots (5-10 minute session).
              A few hours later I got the chance to be alone for awhile and said what the hell. I filled up the tube with hot water and soaked for about 15 minutes. The I did another 10-15 minute Bathmate session, went much better and most of the red dots went away during the soak and pump. Awesome plump flacid right now

              • Current routine: (moved it up to this page)
                15-20 minute warm up
                (1) set 5 way stretches with quick kegals (helicopters in between)
                (2) 40 second "A" stretches (helicopters in between)
                (2) sets full bundled stretches (helicopters in between)
                (50) V jelqs
                (70) standard jelqs(10-12 second squeeze on every 10th jelq)
                (My jelq sessions take 20-30 minutes)
                15-20 minute warm down
                Edging while clamped(cledging) 10 minutes or less
                Edging (10-? minutes)
                10-20 JAI stretches every piss
                BathMate ocasionally (just not a convenient product for me)

                  Remeasured today and BPEL was just a smidgen under 7.5. Still, its a definate gain from 7.25 Another 1/2-3/4" to go to meet my goal, I will switch to a girth focused routine at that time.

                  Look out 8 X 6.........Here I come!!!

                  • Yep. I remember when I hit 7" I said, just another inch and I'll reach my goal. That last fookin inch took forever. That was the hardest part of any of my gains.

                        Had the best Bathmate session to date! Later last night I took my time and warmed up really good, then I pumped for 18-20 minutes. I payed attention to how it felt and looked as I went. Everything was normal until I hit the 15 minute mark and I started swelling inside the tube bigger then normal. By the time I got to the 18-20 minute mark It appeared that I was almost touching the sides of the tube!

                        Took off the Bathmate and had the largest flacid EVER, the effects were less,but still noticeable this morning. I'm going to try that again tonight if possible

                          • The bathmate sounds great, I will DEFINITELY get one in the future Do you use it in the shower or bathtub? And how does it work in the shower vs. bathtub?

                              Sucking air is the worse thing that it does, its not an issue in the tub where the base is submerged, but in the shower I have to keep water running on it a lot.
                              I do it in the shower mostly and I've gotten up to 15-20 minutes. It leaves you with a great plump after effect. Not knocking it, but if I had it all to do over, I would buy the VacuTech setup instead.
                              So far, everyone I've talked to that has the VT loves it. I'll be pumping(pun intended ) Calixto and Mael man for input right before I make the purchase though, both of them have it and speak highly of it. Not to thrilled with the price tag, but you get what you pay for...right

                              • Due to a change in my normal PE times of late, I've been using the Batmate much more. I've really tried to be thorough with its use, and have came up with some observations.
                                At this point, a good session for me is about 10-15 minutes of warm up followed by a 15-20 minute pump. Last night I did that exact timing then did 10 minutes of jelqing right after(V jelq and standard).

                                I noticed that most of the plumpness that I had gained from pumping will go away with the jelqing, that is a little disappointing for sure

                                So, until I can change things, my routine Will be as follows for awhile.

                                During the day (when possible)
                                10-20 minute Warm up
                                Stretches from my current routine.
                                Edging 2-3 times a week

                                During the night:
                                10-15 minute warm up
                                15-20 Batmate
                                10 minutes jelqing
                                No warm down
