  • Hey Way, see when you started the bundles mate, did you do half-turns at first? And how long before going full-turns. Millias thread on them was very good, and i've got them in my routine now, but a bit apprehensive about going full-turn!

      My ligs are good and loose, so I was able to do one whole twist. However, I'm not pulling with full force right now, and I can still feel the intensity of the stretch really good. If your not comfortable with a full turn yet, then your probably right about being apprehensive.
      They ARE intense, and I could see getting an injury really easy. I'm glad your being careful

      ps. Did you find the strippers yet?

      • Cool man. Hahaha mate like i said, they don't do out-calls to my place anymore, and i'm not allowed within 100 yards of the strip-club, since the lewd behaviour charge stuck!

                  I've been following your log and your wonderful gains. Bundled stretches are a great way to add intensity and focus on the tunica (In my opinion the hardest limiting factor to target), I applaud you bringing them the attention they need as more people in length slump should experiment with them. Keep up the good work.

                      Thanks NE! So far I like the bundled stretch, but millia is the one who brought them up recently. As far as my gains go, I'm tickled to death! I had about a 4 month or so stretch, where I didn't get anything at all, then all of a sudden I started gaining again

                        No chance to PE. Shit happened.

                        Today(Friday)
                        10 minute bathmate in shower, first thing this mornig.
                        Shit happened again! No PE. I will try to fit in a light routine later tonight

                        Current measurments(this week)
                        bpfsl- 7 3/8"
                        Bpel- 7 1/4"
                        EG- Same

                          I did JP's method of piss pulls, several times each day.
                          5 dry jelqs
                          5 circle stretches clockwise, then 5 counter clockwise
                          10 second helicpter shake

                          Monday:

                              No man, I didn't have any EG gains I've only gained about 1/8" or so, in EG since I started. Most of my gains so far, have been in BPEL. My plan is to stay the course, and when I hit my length goal, switch over to a girth focused routine.
