I love how neat and organized your log is wlander. I've been working on keeping mine as easy to follow as possible. Haha I love the cledging idea...sounds intense but very effective! Keep up the great work!

I must say, I've learned a lot from this thread. I take some of the things you do into consideration and it really helps.
Your log is very motivational, to the point where whenever I have a quick read here I just wanna start PEing like a lunatic.

Current routine: (moved it up to this page)
15-20 minute warm up
(1) set 5 way stretches with quick kegals (helicopters in between)
(2) 40 second "A" stretches (helicopters in between)
(2) sets full bundled stretches (helicopters in between)
(50) V jelqs
(70) standard jelqs(10-12 second squeeze on every 10th jelq)
(My jelq sessions take 20-30 minutes)
15-20 minute warm down
Edging while clamped(cledging) 10 minutes or less
Edging (10-? minutes)
10-20 JAI stretches every piss
BathMate ocasionally (just not a convenient product for me)
Monday
Current routine(threw in a set of flacid bends)
Cledged for 10 minutes
Edged for 12-15 minutes with bliss (lost track of time
)

I bought a small extension cord clamp, and just tried it for cledging (didnt realize there was a word for it) the other day...My weiner was so thick and veiny it was rediculous. I can get one complete twist because I'm pretty loose when I do them, once I get the twist secured I'll stretch. Kudo's to Millia for bringing them back to the spot light! Great article aswell
