    Yeah I read that in the book as-well and even started skipping some warm downs after-wards. I've always liked the warming sensation from the warm-down, but I've switched more to a warming/edging focused after routine practice. I'll have to give the cool down a try and see how it goes.
    The book also suggests getting an erection immediatly after a workout, even if its not a full blown edging session.

        Do you think that stretching is the most important part of your routine? in terms of length gains?

        Goal:
        BPEL: 7.0"

          Not necessarily Bob, I think the jelqs help in the length department as-well. Especially doing them at lower erection levels.

              I read the first and last page of this thread, but didn't have time to read all 28 pages. On the first page turtling and bed fowfers was mentioned. I know what edging is and enjoy it, but what is turtling afterwards and what is bed fowfers!

                • Another chaotic fooking day, I only had about 30-45 minutes to do PE so since I did stretches yesterday, I did jelqs today.
                  15 minute warmup
                  25 minutes standard and V jelqs. Very slow jelqs at around 25-50% EL.
                  No warm down
                  I managed a 10 minute Bathmate pump last night, and will try for the same tonight.

                    That's why I do my towel raises immediately after I finish my length work.

                    • I have tried to jelq at a 50-60% erection level for length too. Granted, I am very new at this. But I figure, if I keep the lube at just slightly slippery (enough that I'm not painfully stretching skin), I can get the benefits of stretching and jelqing at the same time. Am I on target here? Waylander, if you want me to drop the discussion here in your log and post my question elsewhere, just let me know.

                        Post here all you want brother As Jp mentioned above, 30-40% EL is ideal for focusing on length with jelqs. I'm at the point that getting TOO much EL isn't a problem, my pal knows its work not play. I'll get to a 60-80% el, start the jelqs and end up averaging around 25-50% EL throughout the session.
                        I do my jelq's in sets of 10-25 reps, stop for a second and make sure I'm at the right EL, then continue. I do low reps and SLOW jelqs aswell.
                        I just did 50 V jelq reps and 75 standard jelq reps, and it took me 25 minutes or so.
