    Taking this week off due to a out of town trip. Will do a maintenance type shower routine though.

      Way -man , Thanks for posting the warning about cledging . That will help stop a lot of injury !!
      I haven't tried them as yet . I've not done ANY clamping . So it's foreign territory for me .

            I haven't measured yet, but I will during the next routine. I did a quick shower maintenance type routine a few times, but that was the extent of it so I'm curious myself..

              Current routine with a few less reps across the board
              EQ wasn't very good
              PI's OK
              Edged 20 minutes with bliss

              Current measurements
              BPEL- 7 3/8" (excellent considering my lower EQ)
              EG- 5 - 5 1/8" (unchanged)

              • Current routine: (moved it up to this page)
                15-20 minute warm up
                (1) set 5 way stretches with quick kegals (helicopters in between)
                (2) 40 second "A" stretches (helicopters in between)
                (2) sets full bundled stretches (helicopters in between)
                (50) V jelqs
                (70) standard jelqs(10-12 second squeeze on every 10th jelq)
                (My jelq sessions take 20-30 minutes)
                15-20 minute warm down
                Edging while clamped(cledging) 10 minutes or less
                Edging (10-? minutes)
                10-20 JAI stretches every piss
                BathMate ocasionally (just not a convenient product for me)

                        Yeah Danner, I'll either warm down with the rice sock alone or start off with the rice sock and go into an edging session. I do skip it on occasion though.

                          Edging 20 minutes with restraint.
                          Will try to use the Bathmate tonight

                          Edit: Did a 15 minute Bathmate pump later that night, awesome after pump effect

                              • Hey Waylander maybe you should not warm down because this is counter productive. Actually you should do a cool down this will help boost gains and kept it at a stretched state. I started this yesterday there was a major difference my cock was enlarged and kept in a stretched state for a long time. I got all this info from Exercising The Penis. Do you have the book?? Hope this helps Waylander!! Good luck on your gains.
