    Friday
    Did a shortened routine due to privacy issues.
    *10 minute warm up
    *Stretching: JAI's, flacid bends, bundled stretches.
    *Jelqing: about 15 minutes
    *No warm down, will give the Bathmate some action this weekend.

      Bathmate for 10-15 minutes each day.
      Great after plumpness
      I had a toilet paper roll laying nearby and held it up to my post pumped buddy, could barely get the head to fit in the end of it.
      I was seriously impressed and had an after glow

            Congratulations Waylander!! Keep up the incredible work! I noticed you began PE with an EG of 5"...was that the average of your girth of was that measurement taken at mid shaft? Either way....your girth has come along way if you're barely able to get your head in a toilet paper roll

              Thanks diesel, but I haven't made any substantial girth gains so far. My 5" measurement is mid shaft, my base is bigger. The toilet roll thing is after I pump with the Bathmate, it leaves me Willy extremely plump for a little while after wards. If it would stay that way, I would probably walk around naked everywhere

                Cledged 10 minutes
                Edged 15 minutes with restraint
                Will do a Bathmate quicky in the shower tonight.

                • Hey Waylander,

                  When you use the Bathmate, do you keggel at all once in the tube to assist the Bathmate in getting you pumped up or just relax totally as they suggest?

                  I am finding, if I don't keggel a little - I don't get the same level of expansion.

                    Just a few here and there, nothing drastic. It gets a little boring just waiting fot time to pass so I'll throw in a kegal, or reverse kegal every once in a while.

                    • Yeah Waylander how is the Cledging going for you??? I think I already gained from cledging just a little . But it just might be just better EQ since doing my routine for 2 weeks. How would I know if it is a gain??? Would waiting 2 weeks from now be sufficient??? 2 weeks from now is my Offical measuring day btw. Good luck !!

                        Actually I just sent you a PM concerning the cledging, check it out and get back to me.

                        Current routine in reverse. I did the jelq's first, then the stretches. Worked pretty good.

                        • After doing some research and talking with some knowledgeable friends, I wanted to post a warning concerning the cledging technique that I'm doing.
                          This is not a beginners exercise and should not be tried by anyone without at least 6 months of PE experience. There is the possibility of severe injury if you disregard this warning and try this too soon.

                                Its basically edging while clamped Sir Knight. Though only for short periods of time.
