    Stepped up jelq time. Great effect, seriously plump afterwards. Wife got a show too, she was happy.

    A little late on getting ready for PEGym's Jelq for Health coming up in November, but I figure I can gradually, and safely, increase my jelqs. That way I can contribute a personal maximum amount. Every one helps!

      Rest Days


      Alright, took my rest days at the very last moment specifically to get ready for Jelq for Health Month. Will be trying to count instead of time. May get the wife's help with that!

        Alright, so I wanted to step up my time for the Jelq for Health, but I didn't want to overdo it. So I put clamping on the back burner for a minute, but will pick it back up if all goes well with my increased times.

        Wanted to count jelqs for accuracy, but I have always lost count. So I came up with a way to do it, by putting a pedometer (step counter) on my wrist with one of my wife's hair-ties. I have to shake it a little to get it to work, but it does work. Counts every other jelq, so all I have to do is double it!

        Workout felt great, nice plump, and no discomfort!

          Got in another good one! Still good effects.

          According to the math, 300 should take 15 mins, but between re-lubing and adjusting the erection percentage, it ends up at 20. Interesting, glad I decided to count.

            Seriously though, I can tell I'm in my upper range. Those other numbers on there kind of stun me. 1000, 800, 700...woof, that's some serious work. Kind of inspiring when you think about it, the time, dedication, and conditioning required to reach that point.

              No stretches today. Definitely have that "worked" feeling. Good plump afterwards. Maybe the step up will give me a break in my girth plateau. Just like always, time will tell!

                No stretches again. Still feeling good from the jelqing, nice hang after, and only that good worked feeling afterwards.

                Put another 300 into the JFH log. Hopefully we'll hit that million!

                      Rest Day


                      I guess I should update this, even though I have been keeping track in the Jelq for Health thread. I will update weekly for November, rest day to rest day. Keeping with the jelq only routine, and it is working well. Lots of night and morning wood, and a great plumped effect after each workout.

                      Reduced my off days to one a week, and keeping an average of 300 jelqs a day. If I run short for whatever reason, I make it up on the next workout.

                      Set myself a goal of 8000 for the month, so I will be increasing my reps next week. As I am well conditioned, an increase of 50 is not unsafe. If my body and PI's respond positively, I will adjust accordingly.

                        Alright, time for an update. Finished up the JFH, and ended up stepping up the volume a bit like I wanted. Still good effects from the higher count. Will be looking to throw back in my Uli's and/or clamping soon, as my focus is still girth. Posted JFH chart below, as it is a clear picture of my on/off days and daily routine.

                          Took a nice, long break through the holidays, but had a couple sporadic workouts. Just did one whenever the time allowed through the busyness. Figured it was time to get back to it. Easing back into a consistent routine, still focused on girth.

                          Immediate rise in EQ, and night wood. Gotta love PE

                              Got 3 in this week. Not as much as I wanted, but more than I did last week, so....that's progress, right? Cold weather sucks for workouts. Might have to pick back up periodic re-heating. Keep reading it may have other benefits as well. Will probably continue another week, and then see if my PI's respond well to reintroducing Ulis.

                                Occasional Ulis mid routine

                                Sticking with minimum until I get back on a steady routine. Getting in sporadic workouts. Not nearly as consistent as I would like. Because of that I am keeping it low so as not to overdo it, only throwing in a couple quick ulis to stay on the girth focus.

                                Part of the problem is the time of year. This was the cause for my temporary stopping last year as well. Being that I have actually continued, even though it is sporadic, is a little bit of a improvement. Not enough though.

                                Also, if I am being honest with myself, the fact that I have switched to girth focus, something I have always had troubles with, probably also plays a big part. To put it bluntly, I am comfortable with my size, and it has been difficult for me to gain girth. I believe this has affected my motivation.

                                I must redirect my focus and determination. I want it, not need it, so it is a challenge. Something that I will prove to myself that can be done, simply because I want to.

                                Self motivation -
                                Do you want it? Yes!
                                Do you have the knowledge and ability? Yes!
                                Are you willing to apply that to what you want? Yes!
                                Then what's stopping you? Nothing!
