Yes it is BIB hanger starter edition. I bought it from his site.

I'm not sure on the last one have not really looked into that topic.
      Start: 8/2013: BPEL: 6.3" EG: 5.1"
      Current: 9/2020 BPEL: (8.3 inches BPFSL: 8.9 "* MEG: 5.9

        Hanging workout:

        10 minutes warm up(heating pad)

        Hanging: 4x20 minutes(14.8 lb= 6.75 kg)

10 minutes bloodflow restoration after each set: light jelqs, BTB jelqs and slapping my penis against my leg

Cooldown: 2 minutes towel soaked in cold water while keeping penis stretched.

        60 kegels

How it felt: Had a great hanging workout today!

Did not run into any problems with my hanger and everything went well.

I increased my weights again by 0.5 lb I'm almost hanging 15lb now. The increase in weight felt good and enjoyed hanging a lot today.

Now back to studying and will be doing my Calisthenics workouts with some rope jumping too.

          Thanks for answer.

Why did you chose starter, not standard version? Your stats when you were starting hanging were good enough to go with a little bit bigger version I guess.

Did you have to wait long for hanger to arrive?

If you were thinking about selling your hanger and going for bigger model PM me, I might be interested in buying your model

Well at first I wanted to buy the standard edition and asked BIB based on my stats which one should I get.

He told me that if your like 6.5 inches in girth then the standard edition would be one to get. Mine came quite quickly to me actually.

Well not going to be selling it in near future atleast.

How it felt: Another good hanging workout done.

I was filling the study applications and went to barbershop finally to get my haircut done.

I performed 2 sets during the day and remaining two sets prior to sleep. I did not run into any problems with hanging.

                • Keep up the good work PurpleOnes. Don't feel bad about the shorter BPEL measurements, it has happened me loads of times in the past and it is just fluctuations in EQ. I'd say the lower sets of hanging and jelqing will improve the EQ. Plus your BPFSL increased, so it means the "physical" gains are there, you just need to jelq into them

Yeah your right it is first time this happend to me so I thought something odd was going on.

Not going to worry about it will just keep going with my hanging and measure when it feels right.

How it felt: Had a great hanging workout and got it done early.

My current max weight feels really nice. Did not run into any problems with my hanger. Got a quite intense stretch with my last set.

I performed reverse kegels yesterday so by mistake wrote normal kegels.

Other stuff: I completed 60 days without porn this time for real. I have been completely off porn which feels good since I'm not comparing myself to others neither does it effect me negatively.

I'm going to start 90 days without porn and going to build up from it.

As far as my cardio workouts go I'm switching to more long distance jogging/running three times a week for 20 minutes.

It was suggested on this Muay thai website under conditioning. So taking a break from HIIT cardio for now but I'm sure I will go back to it sooner or later.

                      • I love long distance running. When I get myself into a routine I've built up to doing 5 mile runs without much of a problem. It takes time but it is great when you combine that with other workouts and you see the fat burning off faster. With a lot of cardio and other strength building exercises I lost around 20 lbs (9 kg) of weight on me in two months.

I heard HIIT is more efficient than long distance running. HIIT takes less time and more intense. What do you think?

I have read the same thing.

I started my HIIT cardio workout with 60 second sprint and then 120 second rest where I just walked. In total I did this for 5 cycles( 1 cycle= 60 second sprint and 120 second walking).

There is many variations of HIIT workouts as far as time goes. So when you advance with it just add more cycles. HIIT cardio is quite intense so it is not a good thing to overdo it 2-3 times a week is quite good amount to do.

You can also compare sprinters to marathron runners as far as how their body looks. Sprinters bodies are much more musuclar and their muscles sort of ''pop'' more.

                              • HIIT and long-distance running are both good for muay thai for different reasons. I believe the incorporation of both of them in a routine is a great idea for conditioning for muay thai. You need the long-distance for stamina, cardio, and breathing. Whereas you need something like HIIT for explosiveness in your punches/kicks/knees/elbows. In a fight you need to be able to last multiple rounds (long-distance), but you also need explosiveness in your attack (HIIT).

We always do both types of training in our muay thai classes at different periods. They both serve important purposes.
