    Wednesday:

    PE:
    *Hot Shower/bath
    *20 min bed fowfers
    *1 set each way rotary lig stretch, 3 sets 30 second hold in each direction, 3 sets 30 seconds V-stretch, 3 sets 30 seconds just down stretch.
    *20 min bed fowfers
    *10 mins welt jelq

    Gym: Off

    Diet: Two full plates chicken and rice with gravy.


    Note: Did my stretches outside of the shower today...was interesting.

      Sort of just lifted...OK not really. Did liek 3 sets of military press but my heart just wasn't in it so fuck it. No PE for today, but about to "go running" with some chick whos been all over my shit lately...

          Haha indeed. We even played some basketball! Showed her the full-court-press.

          Ok, to add to that last post BECAUSE I CAN'T FUCKING EDIT IT FOR SOME REASON.
          So anyway lets see what else I did today...had a lot to eat, 2 sandwiches with salami, turkey, american cheese, and hot sauce on toast, an oriental ramen....and for "dinner" I had two philly cheese steak hot pocket things.

          AND THEN I FUCKED UP. Drank about 10 or so gin and tonics at the bar and blacked the fuck out. awesome.

            So today...Friday...

            Woke up at 3 with the worst hangover ever. Fuck my life.

            Ate a mediteranean (?) chicken hot pocket, 2 bowls of ceaser salad, 2 helpings of brocoli, and 6 huge ass shrimp scampi style with rice and butter. Yummm.

            Bout to do some PE

                  Anyway, we're not even going to talk about what happened this weekend. It was bad.... Today is a new day though...

                  PE: 3 x 45 seconds of stretches each way, v stretch, and just straight down stretch. I then counted 100 wet jelqs (after doing both hands, the count is 2) and it took me a whopping 17 mins and 30 seconds. I do go very slow but this is longer than I anticipated. Edit: Yeah then I wacked it. Awesome.

                  Gym: 10, 10, 7, incline dumbell bench press w. 70 lbs. Light ab work which i will continue to do for the rest of the week.

                  Diet: Protein shake after gym, liverwurst (haha yes) sandwich....half one of those chocolate russel stover easter bunnies....and for dinner, turkey drumstick w. gravy, huge plate of mashed potatoes w. butter and soy sauce, and slice of apple pie. Also had a centrum for breakfast.

                    Tuesday:

                    PE: Usual stretches, no jelqing.

                    Gym: Pullups 3 x 8, three minute breaks, light abs as usual.

                    Diet:1.5 SW wraps, protein shake, plate of turkey stuffing and mashed potatoes.

                    • So today I woke my ass up pretty early

                      Gym: Squats 245 for 10 reps, 135 for 20 w. 5 min break. light abs.

                      Diet: Protein shake, SW wrap, sushi platter, buff chicken slice, italian hoagie with lettuce.

                      PE: Just the stretches sandwiched between 20 min bed fowfers.

                        Thursday: Off PE

                        Gym: 10, 10, 4, MP with 65 lbs, 5 min break.



                        Friday: PE stretches (again couldn't jelq)

                        Gym: 3 x 10 preachers w/ 40 lbs, 3 x 10 pressdowns with 50 each arm, 3 mins.

                        • Jesus...I have truly lost my consistancy...

                          Monday: 3 x 10 dumbell incline bench press with 70 lbs, 5 min break. Stretches for PE were 3 sets of 1 minute holds in the 5 directions, then 3 sets of 1 minute V - stretch, then 3 sets of just straight down pull. I then jelqed for 100 jelqs. My penis was not responding very well to the jelqs. I am going to actually try to jelq first today (wednesday).

                          Tuesday: 4 x 6 w. 80 lb one arm rows, 2 mins. No PE due to red dots and my penis feeling completely fatigued. Toward the end of the day though, the hang was decent.

                          Wednesday: 10 squats w. 255, 5 min break, 20 squats w. 145. About to do PE...going to try and jelq first but idk...

                                I told all my friends about PE at school...some think its a joke but some tried it. My one friend has now been PEing for about a month now, and he swears by jelqing before stretching. So to be fair I'll give it 2 full weeks, starting monday perhaps.
