    Month 1 Day 11

    Did my routine today...

    Warm up
    5x1min stretch, left, right, up, down, and straight. With 25 kegels
    Around 100 jelqs down and 50 straight.
    Masturbated afterwards ( Couldn't help it :s)
    Warm down.

    Penis is bigger when flaccid, i mean i can really see difference now, and from 2 weeks ago before i really got into it. The weather being nice and all also helps i guess.

    Sadly i ejaculated 3 times in the last 24 hours, i was just to horny. ( 1 time sex, 2 times masturbation)
    Need to control this more, all's i got to say now.

        Never thought i would be so persisted in something, as i do have the habbit to quit stuff relativly fast. Almost 2 weeks now. Makes 3 to make a habbit so is said

        Anyways.

        Workout:

        Warm up in the bath
        2x1min lurds with 3 helispins
        Didnt have much time....

        Need to keep my routine up.
        Milked the cow just now, i needed it since the last time was saturdaymorning.
        i'll keep trying to lessen on the masturbation and the porn.

        Stretches are going okeisch...
        cant keep a flaccid during the first 2 sets. But it doesnt go full erected as it did the first times. Though i feel i'm always stretching between 20 and 40% erect state. But i'll deal with it for now.
        Most of the times it stays relatively flaccid @ 4th and 5th set of stretches, but it kinda takes long 10 min for each direction. Sometimes 1 min up 1 min down, waiting to be a bit more flaccid.

        At least i got good hopes for it to change in the near future. As a lot has already changed. It looks bigger already, eventhough i dont think that my penis has grown

        Well thats it for now. 2 week mark tommorow BOOYAAAH

          Had a day off from work, so i did my routine somewhat early in the morning since i had nothing to do...

          Warm up
          15 min LAS
          5x1min stretch lurds
          some helishakes in between.
          Warm down

          Quite hard to keep flaccid, maybe its because it was early in the morning. Around 9:30 when i started.

          I was feeling what i was stretching and i dont think there is any stretch on the ligs at all. Maybe i,m seeing it wrong. But it feels like all i am stretching is the middle part on the top side of the shaft.
          Dont know if it should be on the ligs though.

            Her man just came here to say you have a solid routine going and keep it up! Also thanks for the advice!

            And one more thing have you noticed any gains yet? Recently I have been measuring at 4.25 flaccid instead of 4 and 3.3/4 flaccid girth instead of 3.5. Haven't measured my el yet.

              Good job, keep up the good work.
              This question about the ligaments is yes and no. In this first phase of PE you are not trying to isolate any single part of the penis. This is the conditioning period and you are doing some to all parts of the penjs and pelvic floor. By doing this good conditioning work first then later when you target a specific structure in the penis you will be fully prepared for that. So don't worry about over working any single thing, but rather keep doing what you are doing and later you can work a specific structure.

                I can see difference in the flaccid length from the first days I started with PE. Its has been a good 2 weeks now, and it just is bigger than always. I like to put off the underwear to let it hang to its full potential :P, wich is basicly when i'm at home. Sleeping naked and such. It helps with the overall flaccid state of the penis.
                Haven't really done a proper measurement erected though. Although i see some changes.
                Trying to lose around 20 kg as well, as i'm on the chubby side. So combined it should bring forward a massive leap foreward to my NBPEL. The part you see...

                    Month 1 Day 15. ( halfway a month)

                    Warm up
                    6x 1 min stretch in LURDS <-- can we make this legit ( LURDS= left, up, right, down, straight.)
                    Remained flaccid from the beginning. What a time saver :P
                    Lost track of the stretches, but i'm pretty sure i did 1 rep extra.
                    Around 100 jelqs downwards
                    and 50 jelqs straightout.
                    LAS for 15 min. Not that intense because my penis was fat due to the babyoil :P
                    Warm down till the sock was cooled down.

                    Could feel the stretches better, will see how it feels tommorow. Reading PI's and then deciding if i take a rest day or not. For now, PI's have been looking great. Great sex. Maybe to much masturbation still, but that is something i;ll work on.

                        Month 1 day 16.

                        Today was a rest day. I was to busy so it wasnt that hard to not jump into a session. Went to the gym with my GF, did a nice workout. My chest is burning
                        On the way home she asked me what i want for my B-day since its comming up.
                        I'm thinking of asking a Bathmate...
                        But i am not yet sure how to put that into play without showering everyday. Need to look up some routines with pumping(shower) stretching and jelqing.
                        I think i have seen someone do it, but i cant remember who it was.
                        (Some input might be helpfull here )

                        I did have sex before sleep, all was good felt good, positive.

                            Month 1 Day 18.

                            Rest day. Because i was not able to find any time...

                            Month 1 Day 19. Same story..

                            So a 2 day rest.. Maybe this might work....
                            But i will try to put as much effort as i can into PE this week.
                            As i have take 3 rest days and 1 active day in the last 4 days...
                            I must be persistent, So i can reach my goals.

                            Its day 20 now, warming up as i write.

                              Keep it up W.I.P. I have never used a Bathmate but I have used air pumps. All of these depend on you making time. Asking for that as a birthday gift is a great idea. Also that makes for a great intro to team PE. She can help you with a routine. That might provide the additional inspiration to stay consistent also. When I bought my first pump we also bought my wife a Kegelmaster. Any way keep up the good work, and happy birthday.

                                Still having troubles with getting erected. Especially since I am not masturbating a lot anymore. Kept it dry for 3 days last week. But it sure does make my penis
                                go hard. Never ever am i able to make a 1 min stretch staying 100% flaccid but i guess it takes time....
