I really don't know how effective the xsleeve actually is beyond simple anti-turtling. I used to feel like I got a decent low intensity stretch from wearing it for long hours but I haven't felt that in a while. Perhaps I have gotten used to it or maybe the sleeve is just getting tired.
It doesn't seem to impact my EQ.

Yes, but I would prefer something with a more active stretch. I like the ADS concept over hanging but it has to be something that I can wear at the office.

Jelqing last night was excellent. I used a mixture of bio oil and baby oil gel and it work very nicely.
I stretched this morning and then wore the xsleeve for 8 hours. Jelqing will have to wait until tomorrow morning.

So-so. Since starting JP's 90 two and a half months ago, I haven't regained my pre-break maximum BPEL but I have gained slightly in BPFSL and EG. However my EQ continues to improve and that is my top priority.
I felt large this morning but didn't have my ruler handy.

Jelqed this morning and it felt great. I really like the lube that I am now using: a mix of baby oil gel and bio oil.

sounds like you are making slow but good progress. the most important part is that you have sorted thing in your head. you have ability to perform persistent and quality PE regardless of gains.
