  • The "Squeeze" I use is the one described in the "Shocking Routines" thread
    Shocking routines- for the advanced trainee
    S2S is "Side To Side" : Standing up, grab your penis and pull straight down, then, maintaining tension, pull to the right and then to the left. That constitutes one S2S.
    Both exercises are intense!

              • I still have trouble understanding the reverse kegel. Is it the same thing as when you go to take a shit? That feeling? Like trying to force the actual poop out of yourself?

                      Today's gunnery practice:
                      14 Squeezes

                      For the meCoach site,I have changed the way that I measure. My new measurement protocol:
                      Mount camera on tripod and aim straight down.
                      Get erect and set camera to shoot in 10 seconds. Press ruler hard against pubic bone while standing up straight. Wait for flash. Use a similar process for EG and BPSFL.
                      This process is less forgiving than what I was doing before so my BPEL and BPSFL numbers are both smaller than before, but I think the results will be more rigorous and repeatable.
                      BPEL: 6.125
                      EG: 5.0
                      BPSFL: 6.375

                      Later, blow up the photos and record the measurements.

                          I have been thinking a lot about how to get credible measurements and the key is really to make sure that you are doing it pretty much exactly the same way each time. For me, anyway, a change in my posture can add or subtract 1/4" to my BPEL.
                          This was kind of elaborate but any gains I get will be pretty damn indisputable. Plus, I don't measure very often any more.
                          Interesting PI: I am experiencing a significant uptick in morning wood.

                              • Thank you for sharing your workout Pirate. Its totally made me get my act together kegel-wise. I know Big Al has always stressed stamina work to be paramount, but seeing the emphasis you've put on them in your new routine has hammered home the point to me how important kegels are. I've upped my routine from a random 150 throughout the day, to a solid 15 mins of varying kegel/reverse kegel work, usually somewhat erect, and i'm gonna build up from here. Cheers captain!
