So ya got yerself a Frigate, eh? Seems like ya be packen quite a few cannon.
Great addition to the Knights fleet. A mighty tall and handsome ship be the Phalic Avenger. How does she handle in the high winds?

Best not to rely entirely on that there ships registry. Them typo-go-graphical errors happen all the time in fancy countin' houses. I always counts the guns fer myself, for example.

As for actual PE, yesterday's workout felt very nice and my EQ was excellent for the subsequent edging. Alas, no DO.
Today was a Rest Day but my hang was plump and my cock wanted a bit more so I donned my xsleeve and ended up wearing it quite comfortably for 9 1/2 hours.

4/29/10 Stretching and 6 hours with the xsleeve but no jelqing
4/30/10 Stretching and Jelqing and 4.5 hours with the xsleeve
5/1/10 Jelqing - Great EQ!

Helicopters for a count of 20
Basic Stretch (Left) for 25 Kegels
10 each 360 Stretches (Clockwise)

50 Basic Jelqs with each hand

I just finished my stretches for the mornin' and a mighty fine set it were, by gum. Fer some reason, my unit was all warm and stretchy: a fine omen fer the day, methinks!
