Thanks for asking. I am about 2/3's through with JP's 90 Day Routine which I started after taking a 3 week break. I lost some gains during my break but I got it all back in a month plus a wee bit on my EG and BPSFL. I am, however, still a might short on my BPEL. I am happy with my progress, especially my EQ and my DOs.

Workout update.
I got a day behind schedule while traveling but I got a good session in yesterday plus 4 hours wearing my xsleeve and I had an excellent session this morning including edging and sort of a mini-DO. I will be donning my xsleeve shortly with hopes for several hours of gentle stretching.
AHOY!

Update: I wore the xsleeve for 4.25 hours.

Me humblist apologies, shipmates!
I have failed to log me last two days.
Both workouts were business like, fun, and solid. I also wore my xsleeve for 4 hours and 4.5 hours respectively. My Bow Chaser is swollen and tired and ready for a day off.
Oh, and I got to edge both days and was rewarded with a DO today. I still can't get them on demand but every single one is progress. One significant note, this was the first time that I was motivated to continue edging after my DO.

Yesterday, I did something that I have been thinking about for a while. I went to Big Al's meCoach site and looked around. I will probably try it once I am done with JP's 90 Day Program. I plan to document my experiences on this thread.
So far, all I have doen there is lurk. I find the site well organized and easy to navigate. I look forward to checking it out further.

I've restarted JP's to get back to basics . Doing much lighter pulls and getting some growth , however small .

I can't says I really know much about the way. The xsleeve is pretty basic: a soft latex-like tube and a plastic cap of sorts. Basically, you roll up the tube and insert the cap into it, work up an erection, put the concave part of the cap against your glans and unroll the tube down your cock. You have a sort of suction fit and it keeps you from turtling. There are more bits and pieces that you can add (weighted caps, stiffer tubes, etc.) but I haven't tried any of them yet.
I likes the easy questions, shipmate: sometimes I have the answers!

Yesterday's session went well and included 4 hours with the xsleeve. I am not getting as much warm up as I would like but the hang looks pretty good.
