    4. Hmm, so if my EQ is ok after doing a set, everything should be fine? Last night I did do a ten minute set, well between 9 and 10, and I was able to edge later on just fine, great EQ.
    Ya know funny thing is that my friend also seems to have amazing EQ after clamping as well, while mine suffers. If everything is OK after doing a set, then edge for a little bit because I find that edging post clamping is a great way to keep expansion.
    5. Yeah last night I really wanted to jelq after, in fact I did about 10 reps and I did edge...it felt great! I cut jelqing out of my routine just over a month ago due to skin irritation everytime I jelq..I have what seems to be a permanent area on my shaft where there is like a layer less of skin and it's like reddish, when jelqing it gets worse and very aggitated. Perhaps I should find a great lube, what do you use? I have tried lotion, and a few waterbased lubes...and between them I prefered the lotion, it was a cocoa butter with vitamin E, but still caused irritation on that sensitive area of my shaft.
    Oh gotcha, I now vaguely remember seeing a thread by you way back about the irritation problem.. Did you ever get the chance to see a doctor about it? If it still gets so irritated then I'd just leave it alone and disregard my statement about jelqing. I use BioOil but am trying to think of some other combination/"lube" to use while I am out here because my BioOil disappeared.
    6. My EQ seems to be great. Wow, ok..I'll certain do what I can to get in 4 days a week. I'm actually moving next week and staying on a friends couch...so I fear that my PE is going to be very limited for some time...
    Hey man it might be tough, but you might have to start going to take 10-15 minute shits 3-4 times a day "Runs from the stress". But don't sweat it bro, life does get in the way of PE and when it does you just have to remember to take care of life before you take care of your dick, knaw meen brah? I mean even my PE is suffering pretty badly because I'm visiting family and living in the living room, but I'm still trying to find ways to stealth PE and stuff too. Creativity!

        5.21 4 hours with extender today..its 3 am now, and I kind of want to get a stretch going and some clamping...but sleep sounds amazing too!

        Actually got in 2 clamping sessions at 3 am, totalling 17 minutes clamped time. Finished it off with 30 minutes of edging.

            If the BioOil doesn't work out for you then I'll buy it from ya, he he.
            Anyways if you don't feel like doing a routine, no need to pressure yourself into it, nothing wrong with not doing a routine if your only gonna half-ass it

                5.23-Started day with 1.5 hours extender
                Tonight did this routine in shower:
                5 direction stretches w/ circular 50 seconds each
                10 circular stretches after each direction
                1 set side V stretches 50 seconds each side
                2 sets tunica tugs 45 seconds
                1 set A/V stretch 45 seconds
                2 sets tunica tugs (top, bottom) 30 sec each
                3 set A stretch (top,mid,bot) 25 seconds each
                3 set V stretch ' '
                1 set bundled tunica tugs (30 seconds each)
                1 set clamping 10 minutes
                1.5 hours later..
                3 sets clamping, 9-10 minutes each

                  Did that in the shower. No warmup, just allowed warm water to constantly run on me. Routine took about 25 minutes.

                    5.27-...so far nothing. Took the last two days off completely because I moved back in with old roommates. Got the place to myself right now though, so I'll be getting in some stretching, clamping, and finish up wearing my extender..report back later..

                    Ok so I just did my stretching routine, took about 20 minutes. Now I'm wearing my extender, shootin for 1.5 hours.

                      5.29 so far I did a light version of my stretch routine lasting only around 15 minutes, just skipped/shortened a few exercises. Also did two, ten minute sets of clamping.

                          • Yeah man, I moved last week...fortunately one of my friends is out of town so I've been stayin in his room. Allowed me to get a lot more done; but he's coming back in the next two days and I will end up on the couch..can't imagine that goin well. Especially because I'll be pretty much forced to stay up later than everyone else (which tend to be around 3am, hint its 220 right now and I'm in the room, people are still out on the couch watching a movie...)

                              • Oooh.. That sucks man I'm sorry to hear that.. Do you work as well? I can't imagine having to balance a job while going to sleep at that time..
