    5.2 I got a light stretch done, nothing much, and a few hours of extender. Measured 6.75 bpel and a 6.9 bpsfl

    5.3 I got 3 hours extending. Recorded the same measurements again today. Yay, I finally gained. Visually there is no change but the ruler doesn't lie. Will measure girth soon to see if any gains there.

      5.3 got another 2 hours in at night of extender.

      5.4 Wow, I have took a total of 4 days off of heavy stretching! Only one day I did some light stretching and mostly everyday got some extender action going.
      Sooo...today I did:
      10 minute warm up in shower, let warm water be constant heat through workout..
      5 direction stretches 50-60 seconds w/ 10 circular stretches between
      1 set my modified side V stretches 50 seconds each side
      1 set bundled tunica tugs 30 seconds each side bundled
      2 sets tunica tugs 50 seconds (1 set top half, other set bottom half)
      3 sets V stretch 30 seconds
      3 sets A stretch 30 seconds
      1 set bundled tunica tugs again...30 seconds.
      just over 1 hour extender right after
      took off extender and did first set ever of clamping.
      I used gauze as wrap, got a boner and clamped the thing on for about 6 minutes while stimulating myself wathcing porn..my dick was purple/black so I took the damn thing off. Rested about ten minutes now and going for a second set.
      Second set went well, almost 10 minutes.

      8 hours later and I'm working on my extender again...hoping for 3 more hours tonight.

        5.5 I only got in 2 hours with my extender, I did 2 clamping sessions of 10 minutes, and 40 minutes edging.

              5.9 got 3.5 hours with extender. Noticed I can handle being extended to 6.5+ for a longer time now.

              5.10- so far 2 hours with extender. Also totalled 30 minutes of clamping done in 4 sets.
              +1.5 hours extender at 6.75

                5.11 I did only 2 hours with extender and a 10 minute light stretch routine.

                5.12 I got in 4 hours with my extender all above 6.75 bpxl (my bpel)

                5.13 Finally! got my full stretching routine and it felt great...
                10 minute warm up in shower
                5 direction stretches 50 seconds each
                10 circular stretches after each direction (5 each way)
                1 set my side V stretch thing (50 seconds each)
                2 sets tunica tugs (whole shaft)
                1 set A stretch 45 seconds
                1 set V stretch 45 seconds
                3 sets tunica tugs 30 seconds each (top,mid,bottom)
                3 sets A stretch 30 seconds each (top, mid, bottom)
                3 sets V stretch 30 seconds each (top,mid,bottom)
                1 set bundled tunica tugs 30 seconds each direction
                Followed with just over an hour of my extender.
                +2 more hours with extender at night

                  5.14 Today I did the same stretch routine as yesterday, no warm up though...experienced a lig pop too..because no warm up??? I dunno, maybe...
                  Also 4 hours low tension with extender while at work
                  Did just over ten minutes of clamping (2 sets) after stretching.
                  +1 hour high tension extender..

                  drank mucho this night, throwing off the diet I've been on. Kind of pissed at myslef, had about 8-10 drinks..

                    5.15 I stretched again today, going lighter than the last two days.
                    Warm up for 10 minutes
                    5 direction stretches 30 seconds each (Didn't do any circular stretches today)
                    2 sets tunica tugs 30 seconds
                    1 set A stretch/ V stretch 30 seconds (60 seconds total a and v)
                    1 set my side V stretches, 50 seconds each side
                    1 set bundled tunica tugs 20 seconds each side
                    1 set A/V stretch again, 30 seconds
                    now about to sleep, got 'bay to breakers' tomorrow at 8!
                    No extender work today...damn

                      Hey bro just coming to help you out with clamping. What kind of info can you give me about your clamping sessions so far (duration, sets, post-clamp EQ, comfort, under wrap, how much clamped) and anything that's relevant..?

                        Ok cool, thanks millia, I'll fill you in on everything I can think of as of right now..

                        I start by wrapping with an ace wrap, as close to the base as I can get it. I get about a 60 % erection and put the clamp on, til I see only 2 more clicks (base girth is 5.25) then I work up to 100% with my hand and some porn..I think I really should take the porn out and do it mental. Once I'm up to 100 percent I just keep it at that, slowly the viens be one more noticeable and my dick gets darker, feeling the pressure of the build up inside I tend to stop the stimulation and get down to 90. I don't find anything discomforting and really enjoy it, I tend to go for 7 minutes, 8 is the most I did. Since I just started I have allowed myself to get down to 70 % or so for a few moments then back up to 100. Then I take off the clamp, then the wrap and leave my dick alone for atleast 5 minutes. Then I repeat. I've only done 2 sets in a day so far and only 2 days a week but am planning on doing 3 days this week and possible 3 sets by the last day. I want to work up to ten minute sessions in the next few weeks and really feel I can since the 7 minute seasons don't ever seem to be that bad. I guess the only part that gets to me at some point is how my dick feels like it will burst..should I learn to enjoy this feeling or bring it down a notch at this point? That's all I can really think of to say right now about this..oh my post eq seems to be a tad lower, not much though.

                              Hey fisch, sorry it's taken so long for my response, I've been busy lately and just didn't have the time to post a worthwhile response.

                              Ok this is good, when you use the ace wrap I'm sure it gets super thick for when you clamp. Do you just wrap your base or do you do the whole penis?
                              I think I really should take the porn out and do it mental.
                              I use porn and find it a lot easier than mental, I'm sure you've heard of the desensitization by watching porn but if you watch some stupid porn like girls stripping, just super amateur and softcore I don't think the desensitization occurs.
                              Once I'm up to 100 percent I just keep it at that, slowly the viens be one more noticeable and my dick gets darker, feeling the pressure of the build up inside I tend to stop the stimulation and get down to 90.
                              I think that if you're going to do it like that, then stay at 100, letting the veins and all that pressure keep building up to get the most of your expansion, especially if you're doing short sets.
                              I don't find anything discomforting and really enjoy it, I tend to go for 7 minutes, 8 is the most I did. Since I just started I have allowed myself to get down to 70 % or so for a few moments then back up to 100.
                              7 minutes is a good time, do a progression and work your way to 10 minutes, I'd say 1 minute every week, but do watch those PI's. When you get into more advanced clamping like 2 clamps and what not, as soon as the clamp is in place and clicked down to close to your limit, then start that timer. But if you feel like you can handle more timing for clamping then try a 10 minute set out just watch your EQ post clamp and see how that goes and use that as an indicator before deciding to continue or do another set.
                              Then I take off the clamp, then the wrap and leave my dick alone for atleast 5 minutes. Then I repeat.
                              I have found that the best thing to do post-clamping is a low number of jelqs (25-30) or 10-15 mins of edging. Just because since those blood vessels are already expanded I find that edging will bring more fresh blood into the penis and help it stay engorged, and jelqing is absolutely great after a good clamping session because it helps to expand those vessels even more!
                              I've only done 2 sets in a day so far and only 2 days a week but am planning on doing 3 days this week and possible 3 sets by the last day.                               How is your EQ post clamp? I think that to get the most of clamping it should be done about 3-4 days a week. I usually try to get in 4-7 days myself.

                              That is part of the feeling of clamping. When I'm seriously engorged and attaching my second clamp to below the glans or double base clamping, my dick always feels like it's going to the limit, I enjoy it after I get past that discomfort threshold which lasts about 15-30 seconds for me.

                                Man, I'm not sure how to multi quote the way you did, but I'll do my best to organize and clearly state everything..

                                1. You asked if I just wrap base or whole penis, I only wrap my base, I cut the ACE bandage so it wraps only 2-3 times.

                                2. Hmm, I should probably continue using porn...I've watched TONS of porn and have experienced no desensitization whatsoever, in fact I wish I did/could because I seem to only last minutes when having sex.

                                3.Ok sounds great, I will keep up at 100 to get that maximum expansion!

                                4. Hmm, so if my EQ is ok after doing a set, everything should be fine? Last night I did do a ten minute set, well between 9 and 10, and I was able to edge later on just fine, great EQ.

                                5. Yeah last night I really wanted to jelq after, in fact I did about 10 reps and I did edge...it felt great! I cut jelqing out of my routine just over a month ago due to skin irritation everytime I jelq..I have what seems to be a permanent area on my shaft where there is like a layer less of skin and it's like reddish, when jelqing it gets worse and very aggitated. Perhaps I should find a great lube, what do you use? I have tried lotion, and a few waterbased lubes...and between them I prefered the lotion, it was a cocoa butter with vitamin E, but still caused irritation on that sensitive area of my shaft.

                                6. My EQ seems to be great. Wow, ok..I'll certain do what I can to get in 4 days a week. I'm actually moving next week and staying on a friends couch...so I fear that my PE is going to be very limited for some time...
