    • Yeah, had a pretty hard time getting PE done this last week though..

      9/5-Rested

      9/6-Rested

      9/7-Did routine in the shower after muay thai training:
      10 minute warm up
      5 direction stretches w/ 10 circular stretches between each direction holding 30 seconds
      1 set side V stretches 50 seconds
      1 set tunica tugs
      1 set internal stretches
      1 set tunica tugs
      250 jelqs
      power hour

      9/8-
      9/7-Did routine in the shower after muay thai training:

      9/10-Did light stretch routine and about 100 jelqs in the shower.

      9/11- rested

      9/12- rested

      9/13- Today in the shower I did:
      10 minute warm up
      5 direction stretches with 10 circular stretches after each direction, 30 second hold
      1 set side V-stretch 50 seconds each side
      200+ jelqs
      Power hour
      Totalled 4 hours today in 3 sessions.

        • johnny-I've been doing muay thai for 3 months now, lovin it.

          9/14- 3.5 hours with extender in 2 session today while at work.
          After muay thai did this in the shower:
          10 minute warm up
          5 direction stretches w/ 10 circualar in between, 30 second holds
          1 set side v-stretch 50 second holds
          1 set tunica tug 30 sec
          1 set internal stretch 30 second each side
          3 sets tunica tugs (1 set whole, 1 set top half, 1 set bottom half) 30 seconds each
          200+ jelqs
          1.5 hour power hour.

          Totalled 5 hours with extender today.

          • Hello everyone: I finished up week 2 starting on week 3 and very happy already; I have gained .25 in length and .25 in grith.
            I do at least 5mins of warm ups with a warm cloth and an herb bag (I also do Reiki (a natural Japanese healing art) on my penis while I warm up, then I go into my stretches. After stretches I do another 5 mins of warm ups and Reiki then go into jelqing, after jelqing I do my warm downs and Reiki. I do 3 day rest a day and 2 days and rest.
            I want to THANK everyone for all the great information and support on this site!

                    • 9/22-4 hours with extender
                      9/23-Regular routine in the shower followed by 2 hour power hour
                      9/24-Rest day
                      9/25-so in the shower today I did some directional stretches, tunica tugs, side v-stretch, and internal stretches. followed the stretching with 200 wet jelqs and almost 50 dry jelqs, then strapped into the extender. will be only getting one hour with the extender.

                      • 9/26-played a good ol game of sloshball, lots and lots of beer..so no PE
                        9/27-going to do stretches and jelqs in shower and finish with power hour..on my way now..

                        • 9/28-rested..
                          9/29-5 directional stretches, tunica tugs, internal stretches all done in the showered followed by 200 wet jelqs and less than 50 dry jelqs. Strapped in to the extender for 1.5 hours.

                          Haven't had noticeable gains in a while..I skimmed through my log to see that I've been doing this stretch/jelq/extender routine for over 2 months now. So I'm going to be changing things up...I kno that last time I made gains I was doing V/A stretches..so I think I'm going to add those back in, perhaps its the 'cord' in my penis that is limiting my gains. Wish I could see girth gains from all the jelqing but no luck there so I'm thinking of adding in some girth related exercises..

                          • hi there fisch... i'm a newbie... my routine is a 3 day workout with one day for resting. i'm starting my fourth cycle... i read in your latest post about you doing some tunica tugs... how do you do those ones...
