    Thanks Gyrta, I'm starting to get kind of down on this now actually, 5 months and no gains really.

    I strapped on my extender today for another 3.5 hours after the first session, took a 2 hour break and strapped back on for another 3 hours.
    I still can't keep the head swell, the longest it will stay is about 7 minutes.


    Also tried making extra velcro straps to secure the silicone noose strap so it won't slip, failed to be a success but hopefully soon I find something that works

      Must feel hard.
      This is my advice to you, hold your stretches for 50 seconds. Long intense stretches is more effective than short ones.
      Try to review every session, what felt good and what didn't. Maybeyou need to change the time of doing PE, enviroment, your grip.

      I also did PE in the shower at the beginning and didn't like it at all. Try to do it on another place.
      And buy a IR-lamp, they are really good. I'm using one during my streches.

      Good luck, and remeber. Keep looking for thins in your session that you can better. This is like a game of fotball. If something is working bad, we must improve the way we do it. Not necessarily change the routine..

        Thanks Gyrta, I will start holding my stretches for atleast 50 seconds from now on. And interesting...I should start doing this, unfortunatley the past month everything I've done hasn't really 'felt' any certain way..so I guess upping the time and intensity should create some 'feel', I gave this routine a month and saw nothing so yeah it's time to up it.

        Hmm, I'll check into the IR lamp, thanks for the advice.

        Hah, man you comparing it to football just got me so more into now haha cuz I'm like a football freak lol, I'm going to go do some PE now!

          Sunday, 11th- I did the following in the shower:
          5 minutes warm up
          5 direction stretches holding 50 seconds each
          10 circular stretches after every direction
          45 second tunica tugs, 2 sets
          45 second A/V stretches, 2 sets
          and got 7+ hours in on my extender


          Today,mon. april 12
          In the shower I did:
          5 minute warm up
          50 second 5 direction stretches
          10 circular stretches between directions
          45 second tunica tugs, 2 sets
          45 second A/V stretch 2 sets
          8 hours of extender as of now...possibly some more later. Hopefully some jelqing too!
          Got in another 1.5 hours with extender, averaging around 5.5 bpxl..totalling 9.5 hours.
          Plus 175 jelqs...100 wet, 75 dry

            Woke up with some morning wood, I'd give it a 7.5 nothing too impressive.
            In the shower I did:
            5 minute warm up
            5 direction strethes, 30 second moderate pull
            6 circular stretches after each, moderate pull
            2 sets tunica tugs, 25 seconds, moderate pull
            2 sets A/V stretch, 25 seconds, moderate pull.
            Then I repeated...
            5 direction stretches, 50 seconds, intense pull
            10 intense circualar streches after directions
            3 sets, 45 second tunica tugs, intense
            2 sets, 45 second A/V stretch, intense
            I was really feeling good after this, my red spot got really irritated though from the intensity and left me unable to do jelqs without pain/irritation on that spot. So I did:
            20 second ULI's, 5 of them, 20 seconds apart.
            Then strapped on extender...been having trouble keeping the straps secure. really pisssing me off lately. Got in 2 hours now though..
            Planning on doing jelqs tonight if my skin isn't so irritated..

            Edit: just got off school now, after my first 2 hours I got another 1.5 in on the way to class. Then I got 1 more hour in class but I felt the straps slip pretty quickly and was only extending probably around 4.5-.75 but still extended I guess. Have it on right now, will soon be 3 more hours and this time the straps stayed secure. No idea what I did differently..I think it is really just the straps. Bpxl for 3 hours has been 5"+

              Today, wed. april 14th-I work 10am to 11pm so no PE...however I did wear my extender at work all day pretty much at a lower bpxl..around 4.5-5.5 probably averaging a bit over 5 inch. I wore it from 9am to 5pm, with around 3 short breaks/re-adjustments. Then again from 6-11 with another 3 breaks/adjustments. And I now have it on at bpxl 6.2, shooting for 1 hour +...which brings me to a total of..8+5+1..14 hours! Wow...come on gains.

                Thurs April 14th I did the same routine as on the 12th. Really feeling the added time and intensity after the few sessions. Wore my extneder for 1 hour after routine. No jelqing done yet, maybe later.
                Got 1 hour with extender post workout.

                  Man how do you wear your extender at work! Congrats on the progress though...im doing a powerpull as we speak! Just moved from 1 3/4 inch cylinder to 2 1/4 inch! (Pump). Yay for beer can cock! ha ha

                    haha, I am shocked too, it just suprisingly doesn't really bother me. And wow! that pretty impressive..

                    ha I'm doing a power pull right now too, getting 1 hour at bpxl 6.25..new bpxl

                      Friday april 16th..Woke up and showered..did some light stretching, strapped on my extender and wore at around 5.5 bpxl for 6.5 hours with a few breaks, now been on for another 1.5 at bpxl 5.75.
                      Another 2 hours at 6.5 bpxl...seems like everytime I do a new high bpxl I can handle it for long periods of time..perhaps im not going high enough??
                      Plus 1 more hour at 6.5

                        Sat April 17th. In the shower I did:

                        2 A stretches 45 seconds (lig pop?)
                        1 V stretch 45 seconds
                        1 set my side a stretch things..
                        cool down
                        warm up
                        175 jelq with 5 uli's here and there..
                        cool down
                        warm up
                        going to put on the extender now..
                        Got 1 hour after routine, 6 bpxl
                        Now 1 more hour at 5 bpxl, with extender up instead of down

                          Sun. April18th- Shower session again today..
                          10 minute warm up
                          5 direction stretches, 50 seconds each
                          10 rotary stretches after each direction
                          1 set side V stretch
                          3 sets tunica tugs, 45 seconds each
                          2 sets A stretch, 45 seconds each
                          1 set V stretch, 45 seconds
                          Then 1.5 hours extending upwards at bpxl 5.5

                          5 more hours with extender down, 5 bpxl

                          Tonight I did 200+ jelq, varying palm in and out. about 50 of them were V jelqs. Finished up with 5 uli's, holding 20-30 seconds.
                          Strapped on my extender at 5.5 going upwards

                              Well since the skin on my shaft has been damaged this whole time and it's quite ugly and bothersome I'm just going to take some time off again. Sucks I had no gain, felt like one would be coming soon too..gettin kinda down

                                Stay up bro, the gains will come, just remember this is a journey not a vacation. PE isn't something you do for month or two. It's something you do for life man. Just remember that it will come in time, just focus on healing up so you can work on getting that Huge Dong.
