Well, those people are not EVERBODY! Just read this forum/thread there're plenty of other people saying the opposite.

well some people hate the truth....


I had someone on dating site messaging me nearly every day after I told them I was still a virgin, I stopped getting messages from that person.

All the replies just been stuff from guys/ladies that are not virgins and probably lost it early in teenage years. There for the opinion is not valid. Since they're not in the same position as a 20+ year old virgin.

Well, I wouldn't say "ruins it" Camaro. You can't get around being nervous your first time doing something so momentous. What you can do is make your expectations of your first time realistic and take the pressure off yourself.

That annoys me as well when people who lost their virginity in their teens tell you that you shouldn't be embarrassed and you're being ridiculous and stuff for thinking how you are thinking.

I'm not really too sure how to feel because I think I'm going to lose my virginity to a girl who has been having sex for at least 5-6 years (probably longer) with multiple partners, even though I like her, I'm still super embarrassed because I think she'll be somewhat disappointed that I won't be able to 'perform' for a while.

I was 27 so I understand, believe me. If she cares about you more than she cares about sex then you have nothing to worry about. If you are just hooking up with a girl who doesn't give two shits about you then all bets are off...though you might get rid of your "virginity problem".

Is there an appropriate age for when being a virgin is a problem? Sure each person will find it acceptable or unacceptable depending on their outlook on life, but I have to imagine each person has their own limit when it comes to something like this.

This is how I thought at 18 'it should happen this year but as long as I do it before I turn 20 and I'm still a teenager, then that is acceptable'.

Sure let 18 year old me down a lot...lol.

The big reason I worry these days is because guys start to not have as good libido as they once had when they get to 30 and onwards (earlier for some) so I'll feel pretty angry if I start having those problems or even P.E or something like that, I'll be angry that I wasted so many years.

I think losing your virginity is something I'd say you should try to get rid off in your mid-late teenage years, it just becomes really awkward as you get older.
