    The girl I've been sleeping with for over 2 years has never complimented my penis as much as she has in the past 2 weeks. There have been multiple occasions where she's told me I look a lot bigger. She does not know I'm doing PE but it's showing.

    Not only am I getting this feedback from her but I also feel and look bigger. My EQ has been through the roof (I don't masturbate, only have sex 1-2 times a week). It's tough because I want to hang everyday but I cannot deny sex. If I didn't have a girl in my life I'd just hang the shit out of my dick lol. I guess sex isn't the worst way to "take a break" for a day. Looking forward to hanging.

    I will be measuring at my 1 month mark although I do not care. I am having good results outside of measuring and I want to keep it that way. 3.75lbs is feeling good but I'm not reaching fatigue. I do feel the weight though. Talk soon

        Congrats on the results. Especially compliments from the GF. Those are always lovely. Can't wait to hear your new measurements. I've had a lot of success with adding hanging. Perhaps mostly flaccid but it's great seeing your dude flop around. I don't wear underwear anymore as my 'hang' is quite good now and I don't like him feeling all bunched up and crowded. You just got me pumped up to do some more sets right now. I'm feeling quite comfortable with 10# at the moment. Great idea starting the weight progression slow. 10# feels like it's gonna rip your dick off at first lol. Anything less than 8 and I don't really feel like I'm getting a good workout.

          My one month mark will be 11/22/2017. I'm unsure if I will have any gains since I started literally at only 1.25 lbs but it doesn't bother me. I'm here for the long run and I am enjoying the ride while staying consistent.

          I added a 4th set today since my girl wants to come over tomorrow. A part of me is like "fuck I don't want her to come over so I can hang" but I realize that is the wrong choice lol. I will have Tuesday through Sunday to hang non-stop since the next time she'll come over is Sunday I think. As much as I do enjoy sex, I simply wouldn't be able to hang as much if we saw eachother every day.

          Tonight I was able to hang quite well. My 3rd and 4th set I was swinging and bouncing a bit to try and reach fatigue. There is no doubt I am stretching my ligs although I am not reaching fatigue. I am fine taking things slow and am looking forward to truly hitting my fatigue. I want to ride low weight as long as possible.

          I hope my progression log is helping some people. I have no measured since I started and I'm hoping to see at least SOME gains just to show that what I'm doing is working. It has to be... considering I feel and look bigger, even to my GF.

            I'm back. Had sex with the girl yesterday and it was great! My EQ was through the roof. My Routine is strictly hanging.

            So after my first two sets I was like... eh, lets do 5 lbs. At first I was like "wow this isn't bad" then realized the weight was resting on the ground (LOL). I shortened the string and hung it higher. It's a noticeable difference. During these sets I was doing some bouncing and swinging, even with the 5lbs.

            I'm really enjoying hanging to be honest. There were a few times I placed my penis in the bib a little awkwardly and had to re-adjust. Sometimes the nerve on the top of the penis is too high up in the bib and gets pinched and this is no good. I've found positioning my penis lower in the hanger is more comfortable and safer for me. I'm always listening to my body and if the slightest thing is off I will re-adjust. It's not worth an injury for me.

            I increased weight in under a week and I feel OK with it. I've been consistent and steady since I started hanging. I still feel like I have not reached full fatigue yet but I am definitely feeling a difference and so is my girl (could be coincidental?). My 1 month is coming up on the 22nd I will hang that night then jelq/edge the next night and measure and post it here.

            Even if I don't have gains or they are minimal, I will continue to hang. I enjoy the feeling and the worst case my flaccid length and girth has increased significantly. When I take a piss in the urinal I notice the difference night and day. It's actually somewhat difficult to get my dick back in my pants now

                  Didn't get to PE tonight. Met up with a friend I hadn't seen in two years. It's too late to hang and I'm not sober. Tomorrow I will hang for at least 2 hours to make up for tonight.

                    Doing AM & PM hanging today

                    11/18/2017: (Morning)

                    As you can see, I added another 1.25lbs to my sets. Had to re-wrap a few times to make sure I was getting the proper hang. If I ever feel something is off, I will re-wrap and re-hang. To me it is not worth risking injury when all I have to do is start over. I can tell something isn't right within the first minute or two.

                    At 6.25lbs I STILL don't feel like I am hitting fatigue, although I do feel lig pull. And as I've said multiple times before, not only do I notice big flaccid gains but my girl has also been noticing and curious about my penis. If at my 1 month I didn't gain anything in measurements, I am fine with this and I will keep going.

                    Will update this post later tonight when I hang more.

                    Staying motivated. This morning I woke up with a boner and measured myself BPEL quickly and I was still at 7inches. I'm not going to get discouraged. All I've done is BTC and we're coming up on a month.

                    My goal is 8inches NBPEL and about 8.5inches BPEL. After that I will make a girth progression log.


                    Any and all information/tips are appreciated. I'm not sure when I should switch from BTC to SD.

                      So tonight I found something... interesting. While doing my sets BTC if I "pull in" my stomach, so to speak, it pulls on my ligs even harder. This is intense. It's more intense than swinging and bouncing. I've been adding this method to my hanging. I haven't read anyone doing this but I'm sure it's been done before. The pain is "good pain" and nothing I feel worried about. It just feels like my ligs are getting stretched even harder. I usually do this near the end of my 20 minutes because it can be intense (during this time, I can't focus on anything like watching tv or reading... the intensity is all I can focus on)

                      Looking forward to my 1 month mark. Honestly I don't think I will gain anything. I was reading TGC theory and it seems I need to increase my tunica. Apparently tunica can be grown through stretching and hanging, which I am doing. I have super hard erections so I'm good in the smooth muscle area. I'm going to stay committed and keep posting. I hope those of you following are enjoying.

                      If you have any questions, advice, anything... I'm more than open to chat.



                      edit: by the way my flaccid gains since hanging have made me more than happy and motivated to keep moving forward. I have a big flaccid dick and it feels amazing. When I'm at work and take a piss, I look down at my large flaccid dick. Compared to what it used to be!

                        Today was the first day since starting hanging that my ligs were actually sore... all day. I got home, ate some food, had some pretty rough sex and didn't think I'd be able to hang, especially at 6.25lb. But I did anyways and it was fine!

                        I think my new technique definitely increases the intensity. I do this "stomach suck" near the end of the set because it's quite fatiguing.

                        My 1 month is in a few days and just have to say, the first month has overall been an good experience, and I enjoyed it. I may not have gained (I don't know yet) but my flaccid hang is great and my EQ is as good as ever.

                          yes it enhances the stretch, its because the your ligaments is attached to your lower abs and when you suck in your gut you press it further apart

                                Need another show to watch while hanging. I'm about to finish American Horror Story (the latest season). I watched Stranger Things 2 as well. Any suggestions? Warming up now, hanging in a few minutes. It's my 1 month today!
