    Haven't had much motivation to get through that 5th set. Have plans this weekend so the 2nd and 3rd I won't get any hanging but probably sex. Not the worst thing in the world but won't hit that 10hr mark like I'd want. Definitely hitting fatigue. It is a bear.

      I've been hanging 10lbs for.. quite a while now. Bib recommends to increase weight every week if you can. Tomorrow I'm going to increase my weight to 11.25lbs. I need to buy more weight soon

        I think your girl is going to break up with you due to possibly damaging her cervix.

        • Not bad at all - 10lbs BTC is a beast... I struggle with 7.5 but can do close to 10 standing...

            • And the Bib is still working for you at 11.25?

              At 10lbs I think I'm getting close to the max (comfortable max) with the Captn's Wrench but that could just be my own fatigue telling me this...

              I also find my skin really bunches up around my glans at 10lbs, no matter how hard I clamp it... Not sure if you experience the same thing with the Bib?

                I have this same experience, the skin bunching up around my glans at 10lbs. Just warming up now going to hang 11.25 for the first time. I think the bunching is normal. Main things I look out for are any negative indicators that I would be hurting myself. Bunching skin doesn't seem to be too big of a negative, and it seems unavoidable. Unless I'm doing something blatantly wrong.

                Hoping I don't need to adjust my wrapping technique or hanging technique for this increase in weight. Although I know I will eventually refine it somehow.

                  Definitely feeling intense fatigue on my second rep at 11.25 and my 4th rep at 10lb. As strange as it sounds, swinging/hanging almost allows me to continue hanging during fatigue. If I'm at fatigue and I don't swing/bounce it almost becomes unbearable.

                  • Two do you not find your EQ suffering too much when hanging. I am week one into it properly and it has certainly affected my ability to get decent hardon? Yet I see you managing sex etc

                      How much weight are you hanging and how often do you hang? How many hours per week?

                      It really depends. I find when im having rough sex my EQ does drop at times, but it picks right back up if she gives me a handjob and/or blowjob. Vaginal sex can be rough on my unit. My EQ does not seem to suffer too much although my girl has said a few times I'm a bit more soft at times. Like I said handjob/blowjob I can get VERY hard, probably 8/9 EQ out of 10 at the least. But during vaginal sex I've dropped down to like 5/6 EQ at points when its very rough on my penis.

                      It is hard on the penis hanging every day, and having sex when you don't have. BUT this is what you must do to get gains. Hang every day. If you are gradually hanging every day, and not doing anything too crazy, you should be good.

                        Hanging routine is supposed to be 1hr in the morning and 1hr in the evening. Currently at 2.5lbs. Although at the moment due to time commitments and motivation I am just managing 1hr in the afternoon or evening after work but I am doing every day. I don't think this is anything crazy at all. Its just reassuring myself that my units response is supposed to be like this during hanging as this is all new to me so dont know what is normal unless i ask someone.

                        Using the LG Hanger, so just trying to follow the suggested routine they send out with the device.

                        I am definitely the same as you as I can get much harder from a blowjob than from vaginal sex.

                          How much stress or pull do you feel from 2.5lbs? I started at 1.25lbs and quickly went up to 5lbs after a week or two. Mainly because Bib takes a while to get used to in terms of making sure the hanger is situated right and you're wrapped correctly.

                          Since we are only hanging, of course our EQ will be slightly impacted. I do know that edging helps with EQ, do you ever do that? I'm not entirely sure since we do have completely different hangers, I may give you false info or something. There are some LG hanger reps on here I think, have they given you any advice on this subject?

                          Blowjob/handjobs seem to put less intensity on the unit, thats why its easier to have a higher EQ. After 5-15 minutes of vaginal sex just grab your girls hand and put it on your dick and move her hand in the stroking position until she gets the idea. Then tell her how sexy she is and how much she turns you on, etc. Hell, if you've ever watched porn you see them do it all the time. Vaginal sex, then blowjob/handjob to increase EQ, back to vaginal. I see no real problems here.

                          I don't think 2.5lbs should be impacting your EQ severely. If it is, then maybe try some other methods to increase your EQ. I hope I am some help.

                            I actually started at 1.25lbs aswell but went up to 2.5lbs after day 3 then i started to feel it nicely, but I think like you i adpated quite quickly to that weight so last night which is day 8 I went up to 3.25lbs to help me start feeling it again. Interesting to know you went up to 5lbs within the first week so I wont worry too much about going up too quickly in weight.

                            You are always a help buddy, I do ask questions in the LG devices forum but Marlon does not seem to respond to everyone's questions all the time so I have kinda given up asking there. I will learn myself in time I am sure but its really been useful being able to ask you a few things.

                              After my 4th set I was feeling numbness that wasn't going away on the top of my head. This was no good so I stopped. The feeling is pretty much all gone now. I need to be aware of this in the future. I think it could have been to slight twisting of my unit in the hanger. Stopping was a good decision although I wanted to get my 5th set.

                                Routine:

                                - Shower warmup
                                - BTC stretches then measure flaccid length
                                - Light jelqing, then edging to measure erect
                                - ejaculation celebration

                                Did not get to see the gains I wanted this month, but that is completely fine. I gained 1/16 (measured BPEL full erection 3 times). This month, I did not get as many hours in as I would have liked. Life happens and things come up. This and next week I won't be hanging as much as I would like either. But I try to stretch everytime I take a leak at work (a few stretches, nothing crazy) and stretching at home if I cannot hang. Sex also, lots of it

                                Overall still very happy with everything. I am continuing to gain, even if it is a small amount. I am in for the long haul, and only 4 months in which have gone by very fast. In just 4 months I have learned a lot about my body, the stresses I can put on it and how to stay dedicated and persistent.
