          I have not measured, but last week mid erect girth had gained about 1/4". I was happy to see the gains are coming up the shaft. I wish it was quicker but I have not done it much this week because of working about 70 hrs. We are working overtime a lot.
          Have you tried it any ?

            I am really interested in this exercise so i thought i'd give it a go.

            I am doing pe for almost a year now. And have been using the bathmate for close to 4 months 3-4 times a week( no extra exercises). Whilst using the bathmate i am in the tub anyways so i am gonna add this tub crusher jelq.

            Tried it yesterday like this.

            Warm up bath 5min
            5 min bathmate 75% suction
            10 min TCJ
            5 min bathmate 100% suction
            Warm down bath.

            I still need to get it under control but so far i noticed

            1. Hard erection twists your penis sideways like you said.

            2. When at a good erection lvl it feels really pleasurable.

            3. Base gets a strong workout, further up hardly any change. ( i felt that the first 2-3 inches at the bottom if the shaft had been worked hard, due to the suction of the bathmate. I could really feel the expantion there.)

            4. Little downside, if you lean to far back... and have a decent size... you might penetrate yourself... not that it happened but my glans was right under my a-hole...

            5. I had less gatorbite from my bathmate... maybe i got lucky with the pump, maybe i was engorged well enough.

            So far i like this exersize and i will try this for 4 weeks and report back. ( ill take some pictures as well so i can track the gains.)

              I start by heating my bathroom to about 80 degrees with a portable ceramic type heater. I lube up liberally with the lotion and obtain about a 50 - 70 % erection.Then I straddle the wall of my tub. I pull all extra sack skin forward while folding my dick back between my butt cheeks. At the same time I lower myself down on top of the tub wall.
              I am on the balls of my feet. It is important to balance properly as you lower yourself because of the risk of falling.
              Then you lean forward to push your dick back behind you as far as you can. Then slowly raise up more vertically.
              You are now sitting on your dick and it is between your balls and against your anus . You will now realize that your weight pushes an extreme amount of blood into your dick.
              You slowly slide back and forth a few inches each way. This works you out kind of like jelqing and extreme stretching all at once. As you do this you will need to add more lube so keep it close. Also your erection will tend to subside . So , when it does , stop and give a few jelqs and build it back up. Then go again. Practice with as much erection as you can with NO pain.
              I have found if I try too much my dick will twist sideways to protect itself.
              I do this about ten to 15 minutes , three or four times per week.
              In just over 3 weeks I have gained in diameter from 1 7/8 to @ 2 1/4 " !!!
              I believe the reason I was stuck was I could only jelq hard enough to get to my previous size ( 5.8 ) that I had gotten stuck at , as a plateau. If I did it longer or harder it was too much and I would get purple and red spots . Also I just did not gain.
              Also I believe it is very important to use the brand and type lotion that I found because it has triple the amount of aveena sativa (oats) of any other I have found.
              Many studies say that it will free testosterone so my theory is that as it soaks into your dick and surrounding areas that it does just that. Anyway I just know I finally made a grand leap forward in girth and that's what counts to me.
              Also the gains are starting to move up my shaft and I hope I can get to seven all the way up ! That's my goal.
              Also I am not doing any other exercises right now except about 5 minutes of simple stretches to maintain length.
              I think that covers it. Please don't use all your weight. Go easy and build up slowly. If you over do it your EQ will suffer.
              If you do it right for ten minutes or more , and then look at yourself you will be surprised at how much wider you will start looking after the exercise.
              One other highlight is I accidentally had an orgasm while doing this once and have learned to do it anytime now. It is very intense and with no ejaculation.
              I only do that occasionally. It has not interfered with regular sex or ejaculation.
              Please start slowly. I have had no injuries from these but I went about 20 minutes once and it killed my EQ for a couple of days.

              I just tried this on my tub for 10 minutes. i was able to feel a good stretch at my base... i will try this 3-5 days a week for a few weeks..

                I tried this for the first time this evening. I don't have a tub, so I used the front of the toilet seat. Amazing technique. I got really great expansion, greater than I can get by any other means. It feels like a great stretch as well. The balls seems to settle in a position so that they stay out of the way. At the end of a stretch I was able to reach behind me, into the toilet bowl, and reach my shaft to feel the level of expansion. The overall exercise pretty easy to do, and easy to control. I'm a big fan of this. Feels VERY effective. Very good hang after as well.

                  Whenever I see large gains here in the forums, I'm skeptical like bigO. But after trying this exercise for the first time, I think this is a great ADVANCED exercise. The risk of injury may be pretty high for this one so I don't think we can understate that you need to ease into this exercise. I just did this exercise for ten minutes and it is a killer! I did it on the corner of my bed, starting with about 70% erection. I put the head down to the corner of the bed and very gently and very slowly bent it backwards while leaning forwards with my hands out in front of me. As the level of my erection reduced a down to 60% then 50% or less, I was able to bend it completely backwards and sit in it. When the erection went down a bit more, I was able to lean back with all my bodyweight on it. After a couple of minutes I would stand up, get the erection back up to 70% or so and start again.

                  I'm going to do this exercise for 10 to 20 minutes, 4 days on and 3 days off for the next month and report back. Look for "Tubcrusher" in the success forums in the coming weeks.

                      Go to the corner of the bed, straddle the corner with your legs in a wide V and the balls of your feet on the floor. (I do martial arts so this position might be easier for me than others) Put your hands in front of you on the bed holding most of your weight. After doing the Jelq Free routine then this exercise for ten minutes my dick is completely fatigued. I'm definitely adding this exercise to my routine for the coming months!

                        Penis pumped as allways, and awesome LIG strech.

                        What i did:

                        10min edging
                        25x 10 sec. errect squeeze
                        3x this exercise (till flacid)
                        15 min tucking

                            I added this exercise to the Jelq Free routine last week.

                            Warm-up
                            10 to 15 minutes stretching
                            10 minutes "The Squeeze"
                            10 minutes "Tub Crusher"

                            This is a dick bending journey for sure. After 4 days of this my EQ was destroyed and I had some pain at the base of my penis. I am on my 3rd day off now and my EQ is coming back little by little. The pain is only a level 1 and not enough to get me to stop doing this exercise. It would be good to ease into this exercise, maybe only a few minutes a day for the first week or two.

                            Hopefully I will be able to confirm some girth results in a month or two...
