    A quick update :7.125 eg at base
    6.25 meg
    I have only had time to do this once or twice per week due to 68 hr. Per week work schedule. But i'm still gaining some !

        I called it the tub crusher jelq.
        I never tried it on a bed . I don't really get how that would work.
        But the answer is ; yes this is my exercise that caused my great gains.

          Thanks for the update 7by72b. I'm the guy doing the "Bed Crushers" this is my second week and I hope to report some gains in the coming months. It is essentially the same: bending a half hard erection completely backwards under your body and then putting most of your weight on it as the erection goes down. I've been trying to bend it a little higher up on the shaft. It's an exercise with a potential for injury so be careful!!!

                That's a interesting workout. I'll try it out if I haven't seen any gains in the next 6 weeks.
                Started at 10/27/13

                  Is the goal to be sitting on your dick so your torso is vertical and all your body weight is on your dick? Or should we stay leaned forward a bit the entire time.

                  I tried it today and I felt like I was just sitting on my dick. Like a fauffer but sitting on it.

                  Has anyone else got results with this technique?

                    As I understand it once you're seated you use arms and swing your torso to push blood up the shaft, not unlike the wave of blood created by a jelq.

                    • Hello. When you get the hang of it you will be well lubed and lean forward a lot to begin; while pushing your dick as far behind you as you can ; at about 70 % erect. Then you sit up vertical. This creates the wave of blood toward the glans.
                      Then you begin putting the weight on it. Once you have the pressure on it you can be comfortable with you start a slow sliding back and forth motion. This creates a jelq and squashing your dick with your body weight at the same time.
                      You lean forward and back to vertical a bit with each stroke.
                      Renew lube , adjust eq and dick position as needed. Also I occasionally do a Gentle bounce up and down when vertical. Easy going on that though. You are pushing the limits.

                          • I have some gains to report, I've been doing the Tub Crusher jelq for one month, 4 days on 3 days off. This exercise completely kills my EQ so it has been necessary to take 3 days off every week. I also do stretches and "The Squeeze" from Big Al's Jelq Free Routine.

                            I gained an 1/8" base girth to 6.25", I gained 1/16" mid girth to 5.5625", I gained 1/4" BPFSL to 7.875" and I gained 1/8" BPEL to 7.5"

                            My penis seems a lot bigger, maybe because of the increased vascularity.
