  • If you don't feel it tug back, it's "loss of tug".

    • Hello! My first post ever and Iam super new, I have tried jelqs before.

      But to clarify all, 1 rep is using both hands one time.. right? So 50 reps is 100 strokes?

          • Yes, 50 reps is 100 strokes. Forget about the loss of tug. If you read just about it's instructions it states...

            This is now considered obsolete. Exercises should be done in all directions.

            I'm leaving this for it's curosity value, as this was the hot theory
            back at the very beginning of PE. I believe in the late 90's.


            Just do the JP90 as described and worry about tuning in your routine to something more specific to what your goals and needs are after you have completed the 90 of conditioning.

            • So it is still recommended to do those quick kegels when stretched out? There is no risk of hard flaccid doing that? Does those kegels do stretching more effective?

              • WARNING-Despite what you might read, the act kegeling while stretching (kegeled stretching) is extremely dangerous. It puts unnecessary stress on the BC and IC muscles and over time, doing this can cause a strain/pull. A pull/strain to these muscles can result in a tense pelvic floor in response to the injury, and the tension can be so extreme that the muscles put pressure on the pudental nerve (pudental nerve entrapment) causing extreme pain and even permanent damage to the nerve. Perform at you own risk.

                      How hard should I pull my penis when stretching?

                      The goal is to pull hard enough to stretch the tissues in the penis, but not hard enough to inflict pain. Finding the happy median comes with experience. At first, use gentle, easy penis stretches. After a few weeks, gradually increase the intensity.

                        • Hello, i want to ask couple of questions. I discovered pegym 6-7 months before i did it for 2-3 weeks, i was going good but i had to take a break because of life events. So here i am i want to start again and this time i wanna do it strictly.

                          I read JP90 here, and this 2 threads https://www.pegym.com/forums/success...nner-read.html and https://www.pegym.com/forums/progres...ts-pe-log.html I will choose one of them or will mix them best suit for me.

                          1) So about stretch: a) this jp90 post saying do kegels while stretching but i remember you should not do kegel while you stretch out? b) what is the best approach? doing big circle stretch or 5 way stretch(up down left right straight out) with 30 secs? c) helicopter shakes really necessary or beneficial and how you really do it?

                          2) Guess i have no problem with wet jelqing i only wonder what is the best lubricant? I was using coconut oil, it has nice smell good overall but its hard to use. i want to easy to clean lubricant and easy to keep hidden (like you need to put coconut oil in refrigerator)

                          3) V jelqs are really necessary? Or/and edging is really necessary? 3 routine has different things so i can't be sure.

                            a)At the top of the stretching instructions of the JP90 there is a quote box that states:

                            b)Are you asking if you can just do one or the other? If that's the case then the answer is you need to do both. Count the circle stretches and hold each directional stretch for 30 seconds. c)Helicopter shakes help bring back fresh blood into the glans but other than that I personally don't see where there gains can be made from it.

                            2) Try mineral oil. It's cheap, odorless and you don't have to reapply it as often as some of the other lubes I have tried. Coccoa butter is another one that you may want to consider.

                            3) I never really got the hang of v-jelqs and just increased the regular jelqs by the number of v-jelqs. Edging has some benefits but it's not a necessary part of the JP90.

                                hi bro had the same issue here , I gained satisfying little gains but i felt i need to restart my routine to maximize my gains

                                more consistence , more efficient , comfortable and less time
                                i just figured out that i need to focus on length exercises morre than girth depending on TGC theory , and i did focus my stretches
                                depending on LOT theory
                                i took 1 week off then i restarted my routine , i always do my exercise in time , watching my pi's , never skip a session and never felt a pain or tested a scar .
                                edging after PE session ...
                                so i hope this gonna help
