Hey guys. I'm about to start the routine for the first time. I was wondering for the for the kegel stretches how long do i hold each streach for? or is it personal resistence and I was wondering do I still have to do the loss of tug or is that and out dated concept? thanks

Quick question: Can I just go straight from warming up to jelqing? In other words is it alright for me to skip stretching? I don't really care to much about my length, or does the stretching serve another purpose?
And I did for "stretch" "stretching" and "need to stretch" in this thread, and didn't find anything that matched this (though I admit, it's possible I missed it).

I just finished JP90. I was mainly looking for length gains but got only 0.3 in girth. I have an extender that i have never used before. I would like to do both. Extender for 6 hours a day and JP90 5 days a week. Is that a bad idea? I think JP90 is a good routine and would like to stick to it while adding extender for quicker gains. I was thinking maybe warm up, do the stretch part of JP90, wear extender for 6 hours take a couple of hours break and do jelqing. What do you guys recommend?
Also i do LAS every day for 30 minutes and got good flaccid gains from it. Since i want to start with extender should i stop doing LAS?
Starting size: 6.3 BPEL
5.1 MEG
After 3 months: 6.3 BPEL
5.4 MEG
1.5 BPEL and 0.8 MEG is my goal. Do you guys think its possible within a year?

Is there any downside to doing the stretches after jelqing? I find that it's difficult to stay soft enough while stretching (for example when doing the circles, I tend to get too hard, around 50%, and need to wait for it to subside), and I find that it's difficult to stay hard enough while jelqing, especially near the later sets. Seems like reversing the order would fix that.

Hi Alpha, I've finished my first JP90 in a long time, 2 weeks ago. Everything is super individual - how hard you stretch, jelq, or how long, etc. My advice is just start with the recommended numbers and overall routine and test & measure yourself - both in measurements and overall EQ. JP90 or jelqing itself will improve your EQ. If you are not seeing any improvement despite doing it for 6 weeks then you are doing something wrong.Originally posted by mops View PostHi everybody, hope somebody can help a newbie out. Hi there. New to pegym.
So this routine is basically:
Warm up
Basic Stretching
50 Wet Jelqs
Then
3 sets of 50 Wet Jelqs and 30 V-Jelqs - Total of 150/90
Warm down
Did I miss anything ?
Im thinking of starting pe soon, will mark my results. I think Im at 5" with BPEL, will measure later.
