JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine

  • Two questions -
    1) During the period of 90 days , should i increase the reps or keep it at the same pace ... and if yes , in what manner ?
    2) Are the masturbation and sex , depending on the day , totally allowed like 5 times a day ?

    • starting back this routine starting tomorrow. 5 days on 2 days off. I have done this routine without logging it and writing stuff down but I can totally feel the results immediately. After jelqing for a couple days having sex with my girl, my dick would be ROCK HARD. felt great having a 10/10 erection knowing you jelqed and thats the reason why. This routine takes me roughly 20-25 minutes before I enter the shower so, there's no excuse! IF i want a bigger, stronger, harder penis, i need to sacrifice 25 minutes of my day to this routine!

      • i've become lazy in the past couple years dealing with Pre-E and PE. discipline is bad and consistency is horrible. everything changes tomorrow. I am tired of dealing with these issues and I want a bigger healthier penis. It's just like working out consistently, if you stop going to the gym your results will go down, and your shape will go down!

              That's correct. I double all their numbers because I count by strokes, not pairs of strokes.
              Current stats (Nov. 2020):
              BPEL- 9" (23 cm)
              EG- 6.25" (16 cm)

              Goals for Nov. 2021:
              BPEL- 10" (25.4 cm)
              EG- 7.25" (18.4 cm)

              • I'm ready to start the program but I'm still a little unclear about kegels.

                Is it recommended or not recommended to kegel while stretching?

                • I'm in my 50's and love this routine... If your starting out, read the first post SLOOOOWLY... Word For Word. It's all there.
                  And no need for monster death grips. I started out in a way that my arms did not get tired at all. In fact I still use mild pressure.. Yes it is about size gains. But it is also about blood flow and over all health too for your friend down there.

                  Don't think of this as a sprint to the finish... Just think of this as playing the long game. (pun intended)

                    • Currently in week 6...was measuring myself for a Stealth Innerwear and have discovered my BPSL has increased from 5.00" up to 6.00" now. That said, the BPEL has not increased to suit. I'm sure this is good news, but does that mean I am not doing something correctly to contribute to BPEL staying the same after 6 weeks?
                      Just curious...

                        Thanks for the detailed
                        Ive searched the thread for an answer for this queries (including your FAQ) but dont find an answer. So here goes and hope you dont mind the details

                        1. Before I start jelqing, i try get an erection, by masturbating while thinking of porn or a sexual experiance. Is this the correct way to achieve an erection before jelqing?
                        2. Your routine aims at completing 50 jelqs at a semi erect state, think its 50%. But once I start jelqing, my erections gets lesser and lesser till its totally gone. This means im jelqing on a totally flaccid penis.
                        - to have an effective jelq, do I masturbate the moment I do not have enough of an erection to make the exercise effective ?
                        - but my trying to get my erection up again, am I losing the momentum efficiency of repetitions? As Im not doing 50 at one go, but maybe 10reps and masturbate, and another 10 reps and so on?

                        I guess my EQ (erectile quality) is poor. Do you suggest I just follow through on the JP90 or should I do something for EQ

                        By the way, i suffer from Premature Ejaculation as well

                        • Almost 90 days into the program and at the moment the only increase would be to the BPFSL is now at 6.50".
                          Notes: If I am wearing a cock ring, my BPEL is 7.00", which is nice, but without it I am only reaching 6.75" which is the same since almost two months ago. Feeling some discouraging feelings as I haven't really "gained" where I want to, and not nearly as much as others have succeeded in attaining.

                            • honestly, not very strict. Unfortunately I don't have the convenience of time and/or privacy on my side lol. I do what I can, when I can, but it's not religious or consistent. At the moment, it's mostly shower warm up, and some stretching at the same time.
