If this is a fatigue issue, which seems likely, training is the answer, both edging and pelvic floor (kegel/reverse kegel).

There are many types of edging depending on ability ,experience and goals. The usual starting point is stop/start where kegels are not usually used, it is common to then move on to some variant of kegel edgeing.
Kp whose thread this is, has health issues and is onsite less.

Long before I started PE or knew about the practice of clamping, I used to do it with a hairband. It's a damn good thing my EQ was only 6-7 back then (9-10 post-PE) or I would have injured myself bad. >.>Originally posted by Pegasus View PostCaution with this, if you are not well conditioned it carries a high injury risk.
