      • I'm at the point where I can edge an hour with no problems, but if I try to go for two hours I'll lose control. I'll just keep practicing, when can I expect a dry orgasm?

              i concur. by the 30 min mark you should have had a DO..and certainly by an hour. I usually go for about 30 minutes and by that time will have probably have had several DO's. ITs all in the learning and training.

                    • Hey fellow PE'ers,

                      I have a problem with edging because for me to ejaculate I need a pretty tight grip with very fast motions, and my penis wont stay rock hard most of the time unless I'm providing a lot of this type of stimulation. I don't think edging will be very effective for my penis while it's in this state - needing lots of fast friction. Any advice?

                      • Research delayed ejaculation. You're used to that stimulus and now you need it to get off. How frequently do you masturbate? You'll find that if you take some time off and wait until you're actually very aroused, there will be more sensation and it will be more pleasurable (and quicker).

                        You can bring back some sensation by protecting your glans throughout the day with a YourSkin Cone or a Manhood - really anything designed to prevent the glans from rubbing against your underwear. In fact, loss of sensation is one reason that men decide to restore their foreskin (assuming you're circumcised).

                        Eventually, try to decrease that stimulation by being more gentle. You can focus on the glans when you masturbate, kind of like how women can get off with a clitoral orgasm even without penetration. Hey, we're hardwired similarly in some regards.

                        Finally, try more erotic thoughts. I know it sounds like something women would prefer, but have you ever tried erotic stories instead of porn? Sometimes an exciting story line can be more erotic than porn.

                        • I always edge for 10-15 minutes after my routine, but lot of people say its not good to orgasm after PE session, there has to be at least 2 hours space between them, they say. But I also read that each 3rd edging session should be ended by orgasm, because its not healthy, to always hold the pressure back and never release it. But if I release it, it will not be 2 hours from my PE session. So please give me some advice, what should I do? I read that edging right after PE routine is more beneficial than doing it separately, but also from time to time you should ejaculate after edging, but ejaculation after PE is not good. So where is the truth?

                            • I have a question about edging. What is the purpose exactly? To maintain the hardest erection possible for the longest duration possible? Or does one need to go to the PONR? Because I can keep an extremely rock solid erection by playing with myself in a way that will not allow me to reach the PONR, and when I do reach the PONR my penis is not as hard. So is reaching PONR important, or just maintaining the hardest possible erection?
