    Dustpan, why do you say you were 5.00 x 3.00 in your story, but for you stats you say you started at 5.25 x 3.75???
    I see a lot of this kind of discrepency on these posts, lets get your story straight and stick to it huh!!!

          Hi Coin,

          I have been married for 41 years. Two years ago I got interrested in PE because I thought that I could help are sex life. My erect length at that time was only 5.00" and erect Girth at 3.00" and I thought something has to be done. I'm not saying that my wife wasn't being satisfied, she was but not everytime we had sex. With my own feelings I didn't feel satisfied that I was pleasing her because for the fact she had to hold my penis inside of her, because it would keep slipping out and not stay in her vagina.

          I told my wife what I was planning to do and she went along with the PE plan so after the first month she started to notice the difference in my growth, which stimulated her to have more sex. Right now the erect length is 7.5" an the erect girth is 6.00", my wife seem to think I'm big enough because it don't slip out of place any more.

            About Dustpan's stats: I'm not Dustpan so I'm not going to speak for him. But I can presume that either A) He was rounding down or B) He was talking about his NBPEL and his EG at a smaller point on his penis, such as the midshaft - both of which are smaller measurements.

              NewPEguy: Dryness is a common problem with dry jelqing. That's why lubrication is recommended for most men (some men don't get the dryness feeling). The next time you jelq, use a lubricant. Check out this thread for the good ones: https://www.pegym.com/forums/general...e-jelqing.html

                well it's good for doing it in the "dark" without anyone knowing, but is the dryness permanent or bad for you?

                and these questions are also of my curiosity
                can you have sex after jelquing
                do I need to give a break for my penis? and if so what do you recommend?

                  Hello everybody!

                  Regarding dry jelqs:

                  As i see it there are two methods of dry jelquing. Firstly you can take a light grip and move your hand up and down the shaft, over the skin. Alternatively you can take a tighter grip and move the skin over the shaft (your hand stays on the same bit of skin for the entire rep). With the latter method i can't jelq my entire penis because i run out of skin (i'm cut). The former method feels really abrasive and uncomfortable.

                  I'm not sure which method is right. But help with either method would be appreciated.

                      That's called 5-way stretching which is Straight Out (SO), Left (L), Right (R), Straight Down (SD), Straight Up (SU).

                        The later method is the correct in my opinion, otherwise you'd just be moving your hand to and fro. I use dry-jelqing consequently, as I feel it works better for me, I'm uncut though.

                        In the case of dryness, I just apply some vaseline after workout if needed. It does the trick nicely, no dry cock for me.

                          NBPEL - 5.5 BPEL - 6.5 EG - 4.125

                          Short Term Goal:
                          NBPFL - 4.5 BPFL - 5.5 FG - 4
                          NBPEL - 5.85 BPEL - 6.75 EG - 4.35

                          Long term goal:
                          I like the 9 x 6 thought

                                Anyway, I started his program to the letter on March 5, 2009. I am happy to say that I have gained. Just a little, but hey I'll take it.
